We had a good time. The room was clean and the rooftop pool was huge. But due to the pandemic there was only limited staff. No housekeeping, for example. The room was small and the bathroom had only a curtain for privacy (not very romantic), but at the least the movies on the TV were available in English.

Love-hate relationship with this hotel. The place is great, it was lovely, they have sauna in the bathroom. But the hospitality... I expected more than that since it claimed as a 4 star hotel. They didn’t help us in carrying our luggage. The lift was started on the 2nd floor, while our room Was in the 2nd floor (so what’s the point of having it). So we took our luggage through the stairs (again, without any help).

The hotel is near everywhere, if looking for food is also easy and close to the beach. The cool rooms are also suitable for those who want to honeymoon, and the pool is also above the cool rooftop to see the roads and mountains. Oh yeah, if for breakfast, please change the menu every day, that's it Seh !!! For all the good service.

the hotel building is tall, with a dark a narrow corridor in the middle, felt like in a prison; no garden; a little view of the sea, nothing from the rooms; restaurant under reconstruction. no food!; receptionists hardly speak English! rooms was extremely well designed, but switches were hard find, tv remote was complicated to use, staff did not show the use of anything.

4-star hotel with 5-star room facilities. But the only thing lacking is breakfeast. Overall great.

The room is just right for a honeymooner, the price is cheap the facilities provided for the room are really good, really recommended for those who want a vacation with a partner. The only lack is the breakfast menu, just like the other reviews, fried rice, noodles, eggs never change menus😁

Comfortable, unique rooms, recommend staying overnight here, already taking 2 nights still feels lacking, friendly service, improve the breakfast more menus.

The reception was very dirty, the first time I checked-in was very dirty as well as check-out there was no friendly and full help at all, Flush cleaning the water was broken and the bathroom was smelly, There was no shower cap for showering just a toothbrush (hello this is a star hotel. 4) Next time say a 2 star I am very disappointed to stay here.

The hotel is very cute, booked a room for honeymoon, very comfortable, even though there was a small incident here, but the staff was very kind.

this charming little boutique hotel is quite a gem. the room is huge with small sofa and round daybed/table. they have netflix, and onsen like bathtub. couples of things that needs more maintain are the wooden bathtub and the amenities (they don't refill the soap and I need to clean the tub before use it). easy to find online and there is circle k just next to hotel.

In Nov 2018 we stayed in this hotel and had a great time, it was clean and amenities worked well, so we decided to book it again this March 2020. Little did we know, they don't really do great in maintaining their properties. Stains are everywhere (sofa, curtains, towel), quite dusty, sofa cushion even smells really bad, kettle doesn't work, water heater trouble (water gets hot and cold randomly), AC isn't really cold, and when we arrived the floor was really wet. On the second day, they didn't clean the room until we called for complain and cleaning started at 2pm. What made it worse, cleaning staff brought the trash bag inside our room (we were inside the room when they cleaned it, can you imagine how smelly it was?), they finally put the trash bag outside the room only after we asked them. Breakfast was ready at 8-10am. Coffee, tea, cereal, 2 kinds of juice, infused water, fried rice, fried noodle, sunny side up, 3 kinds of fruits. Dining room was not really comfortable, the AC didn't work and it was really hot. Overall, there's so much room for improvement, especially in cleanliness and maintenance.

This hotel is suitable for honeymoon holidays or for newlyweds. Comfortable hotel atmosphere makes us feel at home for long. the staff and employees are friendly, the hotel is clean and around the hotel there are many restaurants that we can enjoy for lunch and dinner, or just for coffee and drinking wine.

food is not good .. very good food

Came here because the photos look good. Well, the room looked exactly like the pictures. The only problem was the AC wasn't cool enough. Especially with Bali heat - we couldn't stand staying inside the room during the day. The furniture were a bit old (but still ok imo), but they could've at least changed their AC. Overall just okay.
