Very cute location. Front Desk receptionist was top during my no reservation walk-in.

Nice clean hotel, stayed overnight - room was too hot for my liking which was easily sorted by the opening of the window and turning off the radiator. Shower could have done with a curtain and being slightly higher, the lift was also broken which helped me do my yearly excercise. Apart from that it was comfy and cosy.

This hotel is only a 3star rated but we found it to be very good the owner's and staff were very polite and helpful we all thought the rooms were very clean,tidy and quirky and the beds comfortable the breakfast was very nice typical french ie pastries,jams,yogurts,cheese and baguette plus the hotel was ideally situated right in front of the main square where the Christmas Market was being held so if you want a no frills hotel you can't go wrong plus I was told by one of our party it's the oldest building in arras I give it the thumbs up.

Amazing location - good for disabled apart from the front steps. Helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Some rooms smallish, but nice beds and clean toilet/bathrooms.

Nice hotel, lovely location. Good room with bathroom but shower could have done with a curtain across it. Lift was out of action (3rd floor guest!!) So husband was shattered!
