In front of Sands Hotel. You can take the bus from Sands Hotel anywhere, just cross the street.

The interior design is nice & luxurious. Strategic location. There is a bus stop next to the hotel. Ahead is the Sands Hotel which provides a free shuttle bus. The room is clean & highly recommended. Next time I go to Macau, I want to stay here again

The room is a good size, very clean, the bed is soft, the bathroom is spacious. The location is not far from the harbour (outer harbour) and bus station (HZM). There are 2 bus stops near the hotel. There is a small minimart in the hotel which is open 24 hours. There is a McDonalds in the building opposite. If you walk about a kilometer, there is a community of local people who live there. There are restaurants, banks, minimarts such as Circle K, and a Macao pass service point. Regarding the deposit, it was stated that it had to be paid, but when I actually stayed there, I didn't pay the deposit.

The accommodation is very comfortable and clean. The classic design looks luxurious. The breakfast menu is varied. Recommended!

We have a requests for rebooking for our hotel booking due to family medical emergency, but you did pay attention on these matter.

Its been an excellent staycation at Harbour View Hotel in Macau. Just next to Wisherman Warf. We walked for 10 mins from Macau Ferry terminal to the hotel. It's a very lovely hotel with European touch. The room is also being designed lovely and we feels so cozy. There is an indoor swimming pool with 3 small jacuzzi around to relax after a long walk, so helpful. The hotels is very flexible for late check out. We checked out at almost 3pm. They are so generouse with the bottle water also, and gave us 4 botol directly when we asked for extra water. Another amazing part is that, don't ever missed out to walk around behind the hotel, you will find some esthetics rest and shops around with harbour view (recommend to walk around early morning or around 5-6 pm as it's very hot). Right in front of the hotel is SANDs hotel & Casino. You may take free shuttle from Sand to The Venetian Hotel for free, please don't forget to take the famouse Portuguese egg tart at "Lord Stow's Bakery shop-infrot of Lee Gardens Restaurant if you visit the venetian hotel. You may also using the same shuttle bus coming back from The Venetian to Harbour view hotel. If you wanna go to city centre, you can just simply take the bus no. 3A from the hotel (ride for 6 stops around 20 mins). We love the hotel and did enjoy our stay there. We will surely come back. It's a very high recommended hotel to stay in Macau.

Front office staff who handling my check in is not friendly, no greeting no smile. I book by Traveloka and put all my preferences there, but the staff ask me for detail and I feel like useless write my special request/Preference. Book for sea view, and hotel give room # 883 which is no view at all.

The room was great. In a good location too, next to Macau Fisherman Wharf. Everything was good, clean, staff was so nice. Unfortunately, they do served the exactly same breakfast menu (I stay for 2 nights), if only they could served a different menu for the next day.

The rooms are very beautiful. The receptionist and hotel staff were very helpful, fluent in English and some could even speak Indonesian. Hotel close to bus station.

The hotel rooms are very nice, clean and large. I ordered 2 rooms upgraded to the Family Suite room.

Our family and I are very happy to get a room upgrade to a suite room. Very good service with good facilities.

Great indoor swimming pool with warm water & 3 Jacuzzi around it for all family member.
