Always the first choice when going to Tawangmangu

A guest gave me a moldy room, and I was moved to a different room, but the AC wasn't cold. The room I moved to was fine, and the bathtub wouldn't open and the water wouldn't drain. Hahaha, that was so funny, and the mattress was flat and the towels were worn out.

Renovation is needed in several areas. The old structure and design of the building are very visible. The room smelled very musty when we first entered. The bathroom water heater only kept it warm at night, barely noticeable. The AC was super noisy, so sleeping all night was stifling without it, as it was very distracting. Breakfast was delivered to the room at 6 a.m., even though we weren't supposed to eat until 8, so everything was cold, which wasn't very enjoyable.

The service and breakfast were quite good.

The staff service was very friendly and helpful at check in.

The parking area is inadequate, especially if you check out on Sunday and there's a celebration next to the hotel. It's a hassle to get out.

The staff here are friendly, the price is also affordable for weekdays, the room is clean, Netflix is available, there is a dispenser in front of the room so you don't need to buy mineral water anymore, it is suitable for transit.

A little review from me, admin. I've stayed here twice in the past. I was really impressed with the Indah Palace Hotel in Tawangmangu, so when I was traveling to Solo, I deliberately tried the one in Solo. Perhaps the room facilities could be improved. I'd like to avoid air fresheners if possible. I'd like to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the sheets and bed covers. But overall, it's good. I read the review and asked if they were washed too. But apparently not.

The rooms are spacious, the service is friendly, the food is delicious and varied, the price is cheap for 4 people in a room, close to the city center and right on the roadside.

Very comfortable, worth the price. It's rare for a hotel at this price point to have a bathtub.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was very pleasant. It's close to the station, the room is large and clean, the staff is friendly, and there are lots of culinary options nearby. I'll definitely come back here next time I'm in Solo. Thank you for the excellent service from the hotel.

Overall, it was relatively okay. The WiFi connection was often intermittent, making it useless even with Netflix. A room near a restaurant is highly inadvisable for me, who doesn't sleep until 3 AM. It was crowded at breakfast, so I woke up.
