Unique stay, beautifully restored. The rooms are a little small for stays over 2-3 nights.

The staff are so very helpful & friendly! Breakfast is extensive and delicious. Location is fairly idyllic. Always a delightful stay!

This hotel was a delightful surprise. How often do you get to stay in a converted former prison? It‘s a very self contained property with a nice restaurant and bar as well as a beach area and walking paths nearby. It‘s about a 30 minute walk along the River to the old town and a bit less to a metro or other restaurants so be prepared to take a cab if you don’t like to walk. It would have been perfect if we been offered tea or coffee without charge throughout the day as the rooms do not have a kettle.

This was a truly unique experience, a jail turned into a hotel but leaning into its history. Starting with the location on one of the islands with no public transport but close to the T station in 10 mins, pristine “cells”, delightful breakfast and super friendly staff

Our stay at the Langholmen Hotel was fantastic. We stayed as a family of 4 for 4 nights, and we had plenty of room for all of us. The hotel is easily accessed via transit and a pleasant 15 minute walk. The breakfast was delicious every day. The staff were very friendly. Staying in an old prison was a truly one of a kind experience and we would recommend this hotel 100%.

Stay here for the location and the lovely surroundings. The bfast is very good.

Fun interesting great location. In the city but quiet and remote at the same time.

Små rum, vilket för oss var bra och enligt förväntan, då vi sov i en gammal cell. Men hade det varit på annat hotell så hade jag rynkat på näsan. Trivdes dock och bor gärna på Långholmen igen.

The property was a surprise. We didn't know it was a renovated prison. Would like to have known that before, but it had its charms. The hotel was decorated for Christmas, and had a warm feeling. The staff were helpful, the breakfast was nicely displayed and had lots of fresh options. The bar area was quaint. We would recommend to anyone with a sense of adventure.

Absolutely lovely place. It is a little walk to the next metro but still close to everything. Breakfast buffet is amazing, staff is great and helpful. Rooms are small but have everything you need.
