Very Modern Fixtures and Attentive Staff

It was my first stay and felt like I was at home. Friendly family feeling.

Adriana checked us in she was very courteous. She supplied is with plates cutlery for our room. They have 4 or five nice firpits behing hotel with chairs where you can make your own fire. Room was clean and newly decorated. Bathroom was updated with rainfall showerhead as well as reg showerhead. Have stayed here 2 times and both times same level of service and accommodations. It was an all around lovely stay. Staff was prompt and helpful as we couldn’t find the wifi password and she came right over and helped us. If we needed anything they were available to help. The fire pit was so cozy and so nice! It was a great two nights spent. The place is newly renovated and so clean and the beds pillows sheets etc were all so cozy and comfy!! Definitely a great place to stop and stay when needed

Adriana was wonderful at making sure our stay was easy and convenient. She answered questions promptly and was very helpful. The room was very comfortable and enjoyable.

Nice kitchenette but no plates or cutlery. Had a coffee maker but no coffee pods. No screens on the windows. No latch on the front door. Very poor view and noisy. No thermostat. For the price we paid, this was not what we expected. Won't be back again.

This property was amazing. The rooms are clean. So convenient with a kitchenette. The bathroom was extraordinary with the rainfall showerhead as well. Adriana went above and beyond for us. Would recommend to family and friends! We will definitely be back.

I was in town for business. Check-in was quick and professional and the staff members were pleasant, helpful and professional. It was a quiet location and the room had all the amenities I required. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, well furnished room. Recent renovations have nicely updated the room. Full kitchen great for longer stay. Would like to be able to have control of room temperature. 19C is a little low for winter night with minus double digits outside temperature. anticipated.

The stay was great, I did my self-checkin by calling the owner because I arrived at late night, the instructions are clear, the room is big and clean.

Excellent service nice room wish I was earlier in the season but was still great

The room was beautiful, giant king bed in own bedroom, nice big jetted tub in bathroom and everything u needed in the kitchen to cook your own meals and keep from eating out. Balcony was nice. 5 to 6 minute walk to parliament hill and 10 minutes to rideau mall. Only bad thing i csn say is mornings can be loud with garbage trucks.
