The hotel is comfortable, not noisy, the rooms are spacious, the service is good, it is close to the beach, you can walk to Terminal 21, the swimming pool is okay.

For those of you who want to go to Pattaya, I recommend this hotel, the location is only 100 meters to Pattaya beach and near the hotel there is very delicious halal food.

The service is not good at all, the staff does not inform any information at all. Reserve 3 King bed size rooms, ask for adjacent rooms. The staff provided 1 twin bed and the rooms were on different floors. The room is not clean. The bathroom was dirty with a lot of stains.

Nice, clean rooms, nice swimming pool and views from the pool directly to the beach. The location is very close to the beach, close to the Alcazar carbaret show. Want to find food is also not far away.

I couldn't believe they are still using those super obsolete towels. Broken wood floor. We are not so interested in breakfast with the same food everyday, prefer to eat outside. Staffs are not so nice and friendly, impolite with words. We pass by reception at least twice a day but we are always the one who say hello or good morning first, when we checked out there is no one help with luggages. That's weird in this hospitality hotel service job. Swimming pool is closed at 8pm. Our previous hotel in Bangkok (Maitria Sukhumvit) and Koh Tao (The Beach Club) swimming pool was closed at 10pm, that is so much more better that we can enjoy when we comeback after the long hot day. Nice view at the pool but very dirty water and a lot of body of small flies inside the water. So disgusting! Only one good point is the destination's near with the beach (~300m) easy to take a walk.
