Walking hall smell drug use

Mold in bathroom... bed unsleepable... hallways NASTY!!! Parking lot had homeless and undesirables hanging and sleeping... Front desk seemed more like checking in to a prison or fortress then into a place of hospitality. And the mold made me sick for 3 days... NEVER AGAIN!

Staff has too much attitude, very poor customer service. Elevator smells really bad. There was dog poop outside the elevator. I told the front desk staff they cared less. I would not recommend stay at this place at all.

Been there 2 weeks room has not been clean. No towels. Older lady at the front desk horrible service worst i ever had.

Great area not so great a place.

This was by far my worst experience at a hotel. We everso often Travel as a Team for Tennis and never have we experienced such rude service at a hotel. Access to basic toliet paper and towels were shockingly difficult to get. The staff was generally NOT Helpful. We were foreigners visiting Texas for the first time and needed access to the wifi while checking in and were refused. When we did get access to their wifi, only one person per room was able to access it. Additionally, the internet was crappy. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO AN ANIMAL, MUCHLESS A HUMAN. PS Disappointed Guests

Was a nice quiet night and had great service

Smell like weed. Cops their on Friday night. Baby Kids running in halls late at night alone. Room was dirty. Towels had stains.

There was no ice machine! The bed could use an update.

the hotel smells really bad we had to go get lysol sanatizer. the bathtub had dirt in it. the lock was broken. really gross will not be back..

The night shift lady was extremely nosy and made you feel unwelcome. Which is a far cry from the day time shift. I’m pretty sure the night time lady called the police for going outside to smoke a cigarette as we were harassed by the cops that were called for suspicious person nope! Not me only smoking a cigarette

The bed was comfy, the bathroom tile was dirty, the AC wasnt getting as cold as what thermostat read, it smelled very bad in the room, stains on blankets, only mirror in Room was in bathroom would of been nice to have one outside of the showering area. The room was very large and had large fridge & stove. Just needs to be a lot cleaner and smell better. The price for NYE night was fantastic though so i guess it all evens out.

Officially my first time in a “roach motel” Woke up to see them crawling the walls!! Room wasn’t cleaned well to begin with but that was the worst part by far

I have been in this hotel many times, The front desk young lady always has a cold face, don’t feel good with her.

Reservation said if late check in to pick up phone at front desk to be let in. I arrived after 10pm (booked on Expedia an hour prior) and was not allowed to check in. I had to find another hotel last minute and sti working on getting a refund.
