It's really bad, really disgusting.

Not worthy of being called a hotel, the bed linen pillows used by people smell musty, the toilet smells, the room smells, the air conditioner is off, the window cannot be opened so it is stuffy, there is no air ventilation, the water flows small. Electricity does not turn on 24 hours because it uses a generator. Please monitor visitors, especially young women in sexy clothes, because upstream and downstream at night until the early hours of the morning, the lobby is used to hang out by teenage children so that it makes the atmosphere disturbing to hotel guests, the hotel does not recommend as if life is reluctant to die, even if it is reluctant, the hotel is not maintained what disappoints me the most, I booked 2 rooms only 1 room is prepared, the point is that the experience of staying at the Endah Parahyangan Hotel does not match the description, thank you, hopefully it will be an illustration for guests who will stay at the hotel.

The water is small and often off. No mineral water or electric kettle provided.

1. The room smells musty, there are no windows so there is no air circulation. 2. The bed sheets are very dirty, musty smell and lots of dirty stains. Looks like it's never been washed/replaced. 3. AC is not cold, just the wind.

Ratings for hotel cleanliness are very minimal, bed linen and blankets are dirty and pillows are dirty, floors and toilets are dirty maybe for a private room class, it's okay but for a hotel class it's not worth it. Some hotel facilities cannot be used because they are damaged. The air conditioner does not feel cold and also the room is not very soundproof. Did not feel comfortable sleeping because sounds from other rooms were heard and disturbed comfort. Also please improve the service, don't let us as customers have to call CS several times before CS appears. Please improve cleanliness and facilities again. Because we pay to enjoy the facilities and comfort. Thank you.

No towels or bath soap.

You don't even have a towel. I also want to take a shower without using a towel.

Sorry, I'm a bit disappointed because the sheets or blankets have lots of stains. This is a 3 star hotel but rich is not a 3 star. It's a pity, hopefully in the future it will be more concerned with comfort and cleanliness.

Wc kotor, ada bekas BAB juga kayanya bekas tamu sebelumnya belum d bersihkan.

Stuffy dirty smell is not recommended at all.

Very very bad rooms. Smelly, dirty bed sheets, dirty toilet. Old air conditioner. Bad service because when I ask for a clean bed sheet, they said they did not have inventory. That 's funny. How come a hotel did not have an inventory?

Dirty room, smells of smoke, closet doesn't work, water heater is off, not livable. Expensive price.

The hotel experienced a blackout and the generator was not ready for use.

Room smells fishy. Noisy AC. The bathroom doesn't really have yellow lights. The mattress, the blanket, was dirty, the lock was smothered. There is no receptionist. Check in manually. There is no hot water. Wifi doesn't work. There is no towel. The bad hotel I've ever come across.

Good, comfortable, only 2x power out, but it's okay for the rest to be safe and comfortable.

Order 4 rooms, 2 rooms are less comfortable (room 207 smells of cigarettes, room 201 ac is not cold) The other 2 rooms are comfortable.
