The toilet flush wasn't working during my last day of stay. A lot of noise at night, impossible to sleep.

Very friendly staff, clean, breakfast served early, good locao

This hotel was my choice because of SPA, I love to try SPAs in all hotels where I go, and this was the worst one. It's not stated that SPA is not included in price so I wasn't able to try this one. It was a disappointment.

Staff was kind. Location was very good with easy access to major attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean.

Safe clean convenient

Walking distance to bus station which is very convenient. Can take a minibus to Pamukkale from the bus station (they leave every half hour) Many small restaurants for dining in the area. Hotel is a bit dated but overall clean, descent service, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is good.

Perfect location in a city center with free parking! 20 min drive to Pamukkale Park. Nice breakfast! Room is spacious and clean. Beautiful view from the window!

Everything was perfect and very clean and good access to the city and the hotel staff were very friendly

We had a wonderful time staying at Grand Denizli Hotel. The location was great, very close to the bus depot and restaurants.

Clean airconditioned rooms short walk from the train and bus stations. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

i had some guest came and they bring tea for them and didnot even charge me .

Nice staff Nice hotel

It’s in walkable distance to Otabus Terminal. Room is well maintained and we liked morning breakfast Hot roti’s.
