2 out of 3 elevators broken without prior notice. Long waits because of this. The rest was ok. Room was great for our family of 5. Massive construction on Laurier making access challenging.

Tout etait ok mais le stationnement est difficile

We found the room was neat and clean. Staffs are well behaved and very helpful. There is a road construction going in front of the hotel. So roads are narrow and under construction. The hotel's parking area is also having some renovations but they have alternative route to use the parking.

Verres de la chambre sale déjà utilisé et remballé, mal insonorisé tu entends le film de la chambre d’accoter. Lorsque quelqu’un prend sa douche a côté de ta chambre tu l’entends comme si c’était dans ta chambre Je retournerais vraiment pas à cette hôtel j’ai été très déçu

Not clean at all also parking was terrible smell is very horrible smoke and not feel secure not for family air conditioning was not working also no response from front desk and bed was making noise and not comfortable at all balcony was not accessible it’s covered by lots of dust

Furniture broken and sofa bed very low and uncomfortable. The construction make it hard to go to the parking. Staff very friendly and courteous. If you are completely vegan, the restaurant doesn't have anything for us. The suite small but very clean

Good experience overall. Great sushi restaurant in the hotel. Lots of construction on the streets outside (June 2026) make it confusing to navigate (not hotel's fault). Bed was too soft for me. Good overall.

The air conditioner did not work even when maintenance came to try and fix it and elevator were very slow plus need to update the room by buying new mattresses.

Le seul point négatif est le stationnement intérieur. La hauteur du stationnement intérieur est limite pour un petit vus ( il y a même une section où j’ai dû reculer car mon véhicule ne passait pas!

Très bien situé

Un seul ascenseur très compliqué pour se déplacer. Hôtel dessuet, lits fatigués.
