Belle chambre propre, le restaurant Cosmos de l’hôtel est très bon. Il est situé tout près du centre d’achat Laurier.

Close to the activity we were attending. The hotel is close to shopping and has two restaurants. Easy access to wherever you want to go in Quebec City. Our room was spacious and clean. The only problem were the elevators which were very slow.

Le monsieur à la réception, une vraie perle! La chambre était propre. Le lit escamotable ne se relevait pas, j'aurais aimé m'asseoir sur un sofa ou un fauteuil confortable pour voir la télé. Le bain/douche devrait être rénové; fond du bain sans émail ou jauni/usé, l'eau chaude prend une éternité à arriver et le rideau de douche est teop volage, il s'est deplacé et a causé un dégât d'eau. Sinon, c'était bien.

Nice hotel. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. This hotel looks like it continues to be under some renovation but did not affect the quality of our stay. Very nicely located across the street from a large indoor shopping mall.

I booked a suite for 2 nights for Christmas, and unfortunately this stay was very disappointing. The pictures were very deceiving. I understand that a hotel can be older, and that alone would not have been an issue, but the cleanliness was unacceptable. There was dust everywhere, including visible dust particles on the bed, dirty bedsheets, and even a spider in the room. This is not what you expect when booking a suite, especially for a holiday stay. On top of that, the TV in our room did not work. This was particularly upsetting because watching a Christmas movie together is a family tradition. I informed the staff twice about the issue. The first time was one day, and the second time I called again the next day. They asked if we were in the room so they could send someone, confirmed they would, and we waited over an hour — no one ever came. We then went down for dinner and informed staff again, and still no one was sent to fix the TV. For nearly $600 for two nights, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially during Christmas. I left feeling upset and let down, and I would not recommend this hotel based on cleanliness, service, or value for the price.
