The room was big and roomy, but there was a pair of men's underwear, not ours, on the bathroom floor peeking out from the vanity. My husband threw them in the garbage, and the next morning I showed housekeeping the underwear and and also told the desk. Obviously the cleaning had not been done right. The room was large and airy, the other room"s coffee make and kettle did not work. Staff was friendly and food in the adjoining restaurant was good. I think the hotel overall was good, just a bit more precise cleaning in the room would have been better. There is a lot of construction going on around this hotel, the city is building a transit system and through np fault of their own, the property is difficult to access.

Clean rooms. A/C was locked. Parking is hard and underground parking is super full & tight spaces. Ceiling in the garage is too low for big cars. Check in & out very easy & friendly. Advised to leave the key in the room & leave. Very convenient & easy check out. Thank you!

We had a good stay, despite road work around the property, I would stay here again. Enjoyed the central location and easy moving around the city.

l'air climatise ne marchait pas nous avons dormis a 25 degré. la porte de l'interieur de la chambre de bain était ronger par l'eau et vallonnais et aussi était pas trop propre. Mais le pire le lit était déffoncer et creusait du centre. Je suis gestionnaire pour Desjardins , plus jamais je vais amener mon équipe.

Very impressed with the hotel and the staff! Spoke very well English and attentive! Cleaning staff did amazing as well! Due to construction, entrance was a little wonky but understandable (hopefully they city finishes that soon...3 years now?!). Parking is best if you have a small car; they do double park people and it does make it difficult to maneuver (so if you can bring a small car, that is best!!)

Common spaces like stairs floors and walls were filthy dirty…acces to the garage as well. The roms showed an aparent make up but still lamps broken, moisture on shower’s corners, stairs’s door doesn’t even closed properly, very noisy corridors , back and forth groups of young children’s teams running up to midnight….the hotel doesn’t look like in the pictures

Tres beau séjour, a proximité de tous les services. Manque un peu d'insonorisation mais rien de dramatique.

Great hotel a short distance from old Quebec Citey. Easy uber ride into the centre. Great bar/restaurant with convenience store close by.

Staff was not helpful at all and very snobby / cold. The bathroom sink was unclean when entered the room. Amenities are limited. Indoor garage is falling apart and does not have enough space to accommodate all Guests. Lastly we booked it under false advertisement that breakfast was included. The hotel does not even have its own kitchen! When this was addressed at the front desk we got a simple response « oh it must have been an error in the booking ». That’s a HUGE error when you are booking a hotel! Noisy, with kids running up and down at night the emergency stairways,and staff did not respond! Never ever booking there again
