The hotel has been updated, but it still smells old at times. Smokey or musty. The hot water takes a while to arrive at the tap, but when it does, it’s a rush to turn it down!! There’s a keurig and coffee, but the 2 sugar are in a package with a stir stick and a napkin. I threw out so many supplies just to get sugar. The fridge froze all our food so we turned it down. The tv didn’t work so went two days without, which is fine, but once we asked, no one knew how to fix it. The Sushi place was good, but the service was terrible!!!! Cosmos is awesome!!! And the half price deals are amazing!!!!

Clean room, nice pool. Restaurant in hotel was not always top, food was warm not hot (we had breakfast and supper at the hotel). Would recommend the hotel but go out to eat!

Great room but wasn’t able to get hot water from my shower, but yet had hot water from the bathroom tap. Staff were great tho and the location is perfect!

No good, poor condition with poor cleaning job, the way they took photos make it looks good, but actually is quite bad.

Hot tub was in good working order. Some wall corners in the bathroom would need some fixing up (nothing major). Good size rooms, great pool and gym. Restaurant Cosmos was very good, great service.

The parking lot is too low, the 6th floor smells bad, the lift is too slow and small, the wait is endless.

Pool needs cleaning, towel rack in bathrooms would be essential to help dry towels, carpets need a good cleaning! Staff was super friendly!

Beau séjour en famille, très belle hôtel, propre et une très belle piscine à l’eau tempéré qui rafraîchi. Très bon service à la clientèle.

La chambre était propre

Insonorisation des chambres laissent à désirer. On entend très bien les gens dans les autres chambres.

The laundry smelled and didn’t seem fresh, as if someone had just slept in it.

Nous avions la suite avec cuisinette car c'est plus pratique avec les enfants (5 et 8 ans). Il n'y avait pas vraiment de table pour manger, la cuisinette est petite mais correcte et au niveau des articles fournis, l'hôtel offre le minimum. Nous avons dû laver la vaisselle avant de l'utiliser, il y avait une couche de poussière dessus. Nous étions près de la cage d'escalier et ça résonnait beaucoup dans notre chambre. Sinon, les lits étaient très confortable et les enfants ont beaucoup aimé la piscine. Il y a un stationnement souterrain à notre disposition, très pratique.
