The guys were nice, at the front desk… the girl, not nice

The place was not very clean and the toilet seat was reinstalled with undersized screws and then packed with silicone what a joke to get a drink at the bar when no one is there took 20 minutes pluse the room had an Oder would not stay there again

When I arrived with my kids they helped me to check in. After I saw the bedroom, which was not with a smart tv and the ac wasn't working, they send someone to see it. Downstairs, I spoke to Eduardo, and he was very diligent to find us another accommodation that would provide the comfort and needs we had. The costumer service provided by him was above and beyond! I had previously spoke to stuff members and they weren’t concerned about costumer satisfaction and the costumers needs, when Eduardo accommodated to make the customers happy. I love the restaurant, the food is delicious, the breakfast is amazing, stuff friendly and respectful. Ac amazing, the bed was comfortable and clean sheets. They also provided more pillows and towels as I needed. I have nothing negative to say! View is breathtaking.

Staff is so nice everywhere in the hotel , the ladies on front desk is so helpful my flight was in the evening the hotel allowed me stay till 2 with no extra charge. Gerlania in the restaurant was super friendly.

Was very pleased to be given a room with a wonderful view of the sea. It's a big hotel and could feel a bit anonymous but the service overall was excellent. The breakfast is good quality and the women who clean the rooms were friendly and efficient. My room was comfortable and spacious. The location in the centre of Boa Viagem is convenient and there are bus links to Centro and Olinda, though the nearest Metro station, which I used to get to the Arena Pernambuco, is quite a walk away!

Die Lage ist sehr gut, lebendige Umgebung.Der Strand und verschiedenen Geschäft liegen direkt vor der Tür. Wenn jemand Ruhe sucht, ist dies kein ideales Hotel.

Foi boa, mas nada excepcional, local não possui estacionamento, pedimos uma cama de casal, mas na verdade juntam duas camas de solteiro fazendo com que o meio fique com um buraco.

Localização e café da manhã excelentes. Limpeza deixou a desejar. De modo geral, o hotel é bom para uma estadia curta.

O Hotel deveria chamar Meia Laranja, a parte do Restaurante e Café da manhã É Excelente, com pessoas Polidas e Educadas como Sra. Renata e Rosangela. Já a parte da hospedagem conta com pessoal tosco no check-in, ficam de costas para a porta , e têm desatenção com os hóspedes. O quarto tinha as duas pias entupidas, e levou Onze dias para desentupir. O vaso sanitário estava solto, e vazava deixando odor péssimo, pedimos solução e nada. Um elevador ficou Cinco dias para efetuar o Conserto. Uma placa do teto caiu na entrada , e demorou Seis diad dias para Consertar. A TV era muito.ruim para Selecionar os Canais. Enfim, é um empreendimento que esqueceram da Manutenção, e isso é facilmente detectável com uma Manutenção Periódica. Ou seja, é a outra metade da Laranja que já chegou no bagaço. Muito triste, pois gente sentada na mesa não vê nada. Lembrando, até na piscina tem manchas verdes, denotando Falta de Limpeza.

O quarto tem cama confortável e estava com lençóis e travesseiros muito bons. O quarto em que fiquei hospedada tinha uma vista muito boa da praia de Boa Viagem. O banheiro do quarto tinha uma limpeza razoável, mas esqueceram de colocar papel higiênico. Os amenities de banho são simples. Poderia ser melhor. O café da manhã tem variedade de itens, mas o sabor dos pães do café da manhã deixaram a desejar em termos de qualidade. Eu solicitei leite zero lactose com antecedência durante a reserva e encontrei o que solicitei somente após ter requisitado ao garçom do restaurante do hotel, pois não ficava disponível livremente junto aos outros itens do café da manhã.

Boa, mas o atendimento no check in foi terrível, atendentes não foram receptivos.

Hotel precisando de reformas. De bom só a localização.
