Clean room, the breakfast is good. The safe in my room wasn't working. I asked to have it fixed; a staff member came by, but he didn't resolve the issue, so I remained without a working safe. As for the restaurant located within the building, the cook is terrible. I ordered the most expensive dish—risotto with filet mignon—and everything was bad: the risotto had an overpowering flavor, and the filet was completely tough and cooked well-done. In the end, I didn't eat the meat; I complained, but they showed absolutely no courtesy toward the customer. There was a singer, and they charged me a cover fee without warning me when I arrived at the restaurant. I do not recommend the restaurant.

The best hotel in town 🙏

First of all! Once I got there the concierge looked at me up and down, like I was nobody. Polite at certain point but Didn’t smile at all. I asked for a downtown view he just put me to look back at the city. I paid for a 1 king bed and the room was with 2 single beds.. I complained and they said I had to wait to connect the beds. after 12 hours flying tired. That wasn’t all, I went to the shower and they had no shampoo and conditioner. The bottles was empty.. I got late on my appointment because of all that inconvenience. Seems like they don’t care about guest if you’re not wearing a suit, also because they’re in a good spot! Really disappointed and I paid to much money for that room. 0 stars

Wasn't so impressed with the breakfast especially the scrambled egg which was undercooked and below the standard I would expect.

Great place for an overnight stay, next to a shopping center, great amenities (nice gym) and great customer service (except for lengthy check in), shower had hard water built-in the class and bedroom window was dangerously cracked. Could also hope for a better view of the city given that the building seem to have many other rooms vacant.
