The hotel staff was responsive, clean, and had a very pleasant atmosphere. There's a water heater so you can make tea and instant noodles, and sugar and coffee are available. There's a window so you can enjoy the beautiful views of Losari Beach.

The Aerotel Hotel's WA staff/admin are very friendly and responsive. Before arriving at the hotel, I contacted them via WhatsApp to plan a late check-in and request adjacent rooms (I booked 2 rooms). Once I arrived at night, it was comfortable, just pick up the key. For the deluxe king room, the bed was enough for us, 2 adults and 2 children. The room facilities, TV, AC, bathroom, are not new, but still quite decent for a 3-star class. The hotel's location is very strategic, close to food stalls/restaurants, minimarkets, the Losari beach platform, and street food stalls that open from night. In short, when it comes to food and other logistical needs, it's safe. For breakfast, the food is more plentiful and more varied on Saturdays and Sundays. As for the taste, it's quite good for me who is not too fussy about food. What impressed me was the post-stay service, where yesterday I left something in the room, the hotel staff was responsive and willing to help send it to my home address in Jakarta, and they refused when I wanted to give a tip for handling. Excellent value! Thank you for everything..

I like the bathroom the most, it's clean, spacious, and the hot water is just right, very fresh and soothing when bathing and soaking in the bathtub. The refrigerator is also clean, all the facilities are functioning very well. Alhamdulillah, I can enjoy the sunset in the room, it's even more romantic with my partner because I can enjoy typical Makassar culinary, Sarabba, epe banana, Nasi Gor, Tongseng, Rica Chicken Feet while enjoying the night atmosphere at the bustling Losari Beach. Very close to the mosque so my heart is calm, my soul is happy. Masya Allah Aerotel is the best. The service of the staff is all friendly and responsive. Thank you for the refreshing welcome drink, a lifesaver when it's hot and thirsty.

A wonderful hotel with an excellent staff. All are good except that we have to request for shower gel upon arrival as it was not being refilled.

The room is spacious, clean, and strategically located.

The hotel staff was very friendly, close to Losari and CPI, and clean. The only room in building B at the back meant we had to change elevators twice, walking about 100 meters between them.

We got a room in the old building, but we had to take the elevator and carry a lot of our own luggage. The bathroom was filthy and had old utilities.

It's just missing a swimming pool, but everything else is fine. The staff are very friendly.

The elevator is far if you get a room on the 6th-14th floor, moreover the elevator is a little less comfortable.

Check-in took a long time, the corridor to the room was scary, it felt like someone was following me from behind, and it was really far away.
