The AC wasn't cold, the room phone didn't work, the toilet bowl still had urine residue on the rim, there was only one drinking cup, and used condom wrappers were found under the pillow and on the wall. The elevator interior (including the floor) was outdated. Honestly, I really regret staying here. I wouldn't recommend it to other relatives.

My husband and children stayed here. My goodness, the room was filthy. What's worse, the breakfast menu still included moldy bread. The children were asked to pay for the moldy bread. It's best to avoid staying here even once.

My point of view: * With that price, it's not worth it. * Amateur staff, check-in, breakfast, etc... * The interior needs a new touch, feels like walking in an old place.

With the price not on budget level (600K), the room was more like budget hotel level. Even some budget hotels are better.

During Eid al-Fitr, the room was priced at 600,000 Rupiah, despite prompt cleaning by the hotel staff. The toilet smelled and was dirty, and the drain was clogged. The pillowcases also looked like they hadn't been changed. Furthermore, the air conditioning wasn't cooling at night, making sleeping uncomfortable. The cleanliness and functionality of the air conditioning need to be improved.
