Good value for money

The location was in a poor neighborhood, but you can ignore that. The hotel staff, and here I mean only the bar and pool bar, are young and rude. You are often ignored or served poorly.It is a shame that these days, when the temperature reaches 38 degrees, you can say that you have run out of water or that there is no more ice. The drinks served at the bar are of poor quality, but somehow it was reflected in the price paid. Breakfast was repeated endlessly, the same omelette, the same cheese and salami over which the flies buzzed. At lunch and in the evening, the food was ok

Best staff very friendly

We were very happy with this hotel, for the price it was excellent. We were upgraded to an apartment with separate bedroom. Large balcony overlooking pool and mountains. Very clean. Breakfast was really good, lunch and dinner ok and something for everyone. Staff very friendly. Especially Huseyin on front desk. Alcoholic drinks local, they cgarge extra for imported. Would definitely recommend.

Inconvenient parking, the bed and sheets were not clean and very old , bathroom was becoming like a swimming pool while taking a shower, very smelly and old bathroom.

It was a pleasure staying in the Villa! Felt like home, Delicious food, and the most amazing staff, specially Mr. MART and Ibrahim and the rest of the group at the entrance. It was a pleasure meeting all of them. we will definitely come back with family and friends. 😊

Positive points: Great hotel and very friendly and helpful staff, location wise, 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and city center. Negative points: Customers aren't allowed to swim after 6.30pm when temperature is nearly 35 degrees (to clean the pool!!) while other hotels do let customer cool in the pool until 10 or even midnight. Wifi is ok but not to the 8th (top) floor, (seaview or wifi).

The hotel was clean and spacious. Good base to walk to town and beach. The wifi in the room very slow, however there is free wifi service in public areas.

With its all-inclusive concept, you'll feel right at home. The kindness of the staff, the business's vision, and the cleanliness of the pools and rooms are impeccable. You'll want to come back. Don't hesitate; the hotel is incredibly successful.

Vanskelig å få plass for å spise, måtte sitte på solsengene ved middagen. Ikke noe underholdning/aktiviteter for barn. Mye knust glass i bassenget,og ofte stengte basseng. Noen av de som jobber i resepsjonen satt på mobilen og så i den når vi prøvde å snakke med de om vi manglet noe på rommet/eller trengt noe. Anbefaler ikke hvis man ønsker en familie ferie med unger , for mye bråk om natta og ingen mri g for barn eller voksene å gjøre .

Wir haben uns ca. eine Woche in diesem Hotel aufgehalten. Beim Einchecken wurden wir Mitternacht von Herrn Hüssein empfangen. Ein sehr freundlich und höflicher Mitarbeiter. Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der Einrichtungen insgesamt war gut. Badezimmer war zu klein. Personal und Service war hervorragend. Transferser vice an den Strand war vorhanden, jedoch nicht ausreichend. Zusätzliche Programme u.a. Livemusik wird ebenfalls angeboten. Alles in allem würde ich es sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Mycket extrakostnader när man var där. Till exempel wifi/drinkar/spel. Samma mat ofta, men den var ganska god. Förväntade mig mer.ä

Wij hebben met heel de familie ons heel goed verwend ,het eten was elke dag heel lekker en verzorgd geen opmerkingen . Stad centrum is gemakkelijk te bereiken. Prijs kwaliteit is echt waard , kom zelf je zal geen spijt hebben !

Ensin minulla oli ongelmia, kun oli ksksi varausta minun nimellä ja senkin jälkeen, kun saimme vaihdettua toisen varauksen kaverini nimiin niin siitä huolimatta oli ongelmia. Mutta, kun saimme sen toisen huoneen ongelman pois niin kaikki sujui mutkattomasti ja ihmiset olivat oikein mukavia. Huoneet ja hotellin ympäristö olivat siistejä ja hyvin hoidettuja. Ruoka oli hyvää ja monipuolista ja iltaisin oli välillä esityksiä. Oli oikein mukava loppujen lopuksi.
