Very close to downtown and the apartment on Foote Street was perfect. Quiet, clean and convenient. We will be back!

Door frame was broken, kitchen was dirty and you could see into the room from the closed window (didn’t close all the way). Door was also open when we first arrived to the room. Rude staff. Didn’t even stay the night checked out immediately

It was okay. Definitely difficult to find parking. Very crowded. Lamp at bed didn't work, outlet dead. Inconvenient not to have a bedside lamp. Bathroom door squeaked very loudly. (Not great when trying not to wake roommate.) Seems like just a bit of WD40 would fix it. Otherwise our stay was acceptable.

New renovations are excellent. Best value you can get in the area.

Amazing. Early check in for us was nice. Easy parking. Close to everything. Nice room.

There is a train that runs directly behind the property. It shakes the hotel room it's so close.

The parking spaces are way too small.

This place was filthy. Dirt covered the walls, my bed was sunken, the shades were broken, and people could see through them. The thin walls allowed noise to seep in, making it impossible to sleep. The only saving grace was its proximity to the beach. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Stayed in one of the suites. Location excellent, cleaniness was great. Didn't have daily room cleaning so had to ask for towels when needed. Biggest downfall was no trash can for kitchen and no cleaning supplies (mop, broom). Would stay there again

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The room had stains everywhere, the furniture was falling apart, the beds horribly uncomfortable, and that was just the start of it. The safety concerns were most troubling. With the door closed you could still see light between the frame and the door which caused the door to have plenty of wiggle when in locked position and allowed for all of the smells and emmisions from the vehicles to come pouring into the room. The wall along the headboards (which the alarm clock was plugged in) had an outlet that was recessed into the drywall. When I pointed out this code violation and safety concern and asked for a refund the man working the front desk came to the room and tried gaslighting me into believing the outlet was safe by tapping on it to “prove” that it was safe. He then returned with a cover and attempted to “fix” it….go figure, it didn’t work. I explained to him that the while it was uncovered and that was indeed a problem, the bigger problem was that it was recessed the thickness of the drywall. He told me I was wrong, it was because he had the wrong size screws, showed me all of the screws he had available to him, and said if he could just find the correct size he could fix the problem. By this point I was able to secure lodging elsewhere. I asked and was denied a refund again and checked out, as we would not be spending the night here.

Def run down. Shower ran water all night. Shower didn’t work properly; gave me cold water and the water rain mostly out of the faucet.

This property is a crack shack! Desperately in need of maintenance and updates! The walls are literally paper thin and the blind on the window wasn’t even covering the window!! We had to use towels to try and have any privacy. The tv didn’t work, ceiling panels were falling out of the ceiling, and THE BEDS were so broken down that I think they may have picked them up at the dump!! Both my husband and I struggled to breathe in the room we had- assuming mold. The only thing going for it is the location.
