Beautiful room, great location, friendly and helpful personnel.

Kind of an awkward intro because you HAVE to call the reception listed on the sign to get into the hotel (I'm not stupid, it's not obvious that you have to do that). But once you do that, you are in. Once you get to the room, it's awesome. However, the only thing is that like most European hotels, the door to the bathroom may as well not be there because it's completely not sound proof. So if you aren't comfortable pooping around your significant other, you are about to get a lot closer because they are gonna hear every sound you make. anyway, for the price, you can't beat this place. Very nice room and has everything you need. The woman running the place speaks very little English so be aware but she is very sweet and friendly and gave me a little marshmallow treat. The location is also perfect. Barely anything bad to say about the place aside from the the lame bathroom doors but me and my girl are pretty comfortable around each other so not a huge deal for us but may be for you.

Nice place to stay downtown Ciutadella. However I would definitely not recommend the place, as the pictures about “double room” on hotel.com might not match your expectations! (i.e the little garden is only for one of the rooms, if you need a proper desk to work from, you might not have a proper one, but only a tiny table in the bathroom…) Too bad, but still the host/owner was nice.

This place is a charm in rhe middle of Ciutadella . Súper clean and very comfortable . The Stuff is kind and helpful

Cheap and Chic is lovely. As is their sister hotel Sodium. PierAngela runs a wonderful business. The hotel is clean, modern and very comfortable. The location can't be beat - less than one block to the cathedral and within easy distance to everything in Ciutadella. Highly recommend and look forward to a future stay.

Fantastic hotel, well presented ,clean and tidy. No lift though so unsuitable for disabled. Very low celing at one side of attic suit. (Seeing stars af one point) but very high quality.

Really well located right in the centre of town so everything was within walking distance. We had a warm welcome and there is tea, coffee, fruit and cake in Reception for guests to help themselves too. The room was spacious and very well designed. It would have been the icing on the cake to have an English TV channel, not that we really watched it but it's nice to catch up on the news. Great places to eat, easy to catch a bus to the beach and pretty harbour. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I'd definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is premium, just a stone throw to the main steert but is hidden in a very quiet alley. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staffs and the owner are so welcoming and helpful in every way.

Great base to explore the island, from talayotic rocks/ monuments to secluded beaches, all can be easily accessed. Very walkable city, offering a great selection of restaurants, gin tonic bars, tapas bars. Affordable. The "Little Black Book" with recommendations for the island is invaluable, as are the recommendations from the lovely host. Spanish helpful.

The hotel is stylish and in an excellent location, just steps from the Cathedral in the old center of Ciutadella. There are no extras (i.e., no restaurant, pool, etc.), but that is to be expected from a hotel that explicitly bills itself as "cheap." The WiFi was at times frustratingly slow, and the soundproofing was not sufficient to keep out even fairly innocuous activity from the other guests, but the location and the decor more than justified the very reasonable price.

Ubicación muy céntrica, habitación y aseo muy amplios, cama muy confortable, limpieza diaria y a destacar personal muy atento y amable. Sin duda, repetiremos!!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen mitten in der Altstadt. Sehr gepflegte und saubere Unterkunft.
