What a wonderful stay in a wonderful city! The staff were all so friendly 😊 great location, very walkable! We loved the room and again…did I mention the friendly staff?!? Just a great time. Highly recommend! (Missing my morning lobby latte machine!!)

Mostly great. Decent price, friendly staff, early check-in/out options, comfortable accommodations. Very good wifi. My only gripe is that the windows aren't well sound-proofed, so the partiers down on the street were quite loud, even on the 3rd floor. I'd stay here again, but only if other options weren't available.

The room was very clean & the housekeeper was very accepting.

I was to be charged for early checkin as a regularly returning guest so had to leave my luggage while attending to my mother. Thankfully 2nd receptionist recognized me on return and sorted this out.

Yes, all of the above Coppie was excellent at the front desk. Beautiful room, friendly staff all around. Loved the jam session in Big Bad John's!!! Drank my fair share of really good local craft ales. Especially traveling alone I felt so safe and protected.
