Staff are great

Breakfast was great and included. Amid extensive renos when I was there so can’t give a fair review but staff was incredible and renovations didn’t affect our room stay at all. Would stay again. Bet it will be very nice. Great location if you find yourself in truro for a few days.

Not the stay I expected. Was not made aware of on going renovations. There was no pool. Fridge was not working properly in room. Staff was hard to get ahold of at times. Did not stay in actual hotel building. Placed in “annex” building. Due to these issues during my stay i will likely not book here again

Was expecting a swimming pool, was not informed that it was unavailable, sorry, but the complimentary breakfast wasn't good, long delay for the food and simply not very good. Sorry. Everything else was good, my room was very good and the staff was friendly

Nowhere was there any mention of the hotel being renovated, especially the pool or the restaurant, which were the major reasons for booking this hotel, best western’s website should clearly state what is being worked on and if amenities are shutdown, as we could have stayed elsewhere for less Money for a sub par breakfast and lack of a pool.

It was a good stay but there was a lot of renovations going on which impacted comfort level. We ended up only staying for one night even though we had paid for two.

The bathtub was plugged… So was not everyone could take a shower in the morning. Very inconvenient

yes, everything was in order but we got confused trying to get to our room from wherre we parked.

Rooms are older but clean. Buffet breakfast was cold both days I was there, even though I was there right when they opened for it.

I was disappointed that the pool was closed. I specifically booked the hotel for that reason. The hotel did not advertise that when I booked. Also the dinning room was not open for breakfast. They offered two choices to take with. I think all of this should have been advertised when I was booking. I had children with me looking forward to going swimming.

The staff was amazing. Jay Patel - front desk supervisor - went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Super friendly and upbeat. He helped us find parking on a busy night at the complex AA

Breakfast wasn’t good. Wasn’t told about the pool being down and having staff tell the kids to be in their rooms at 5:30pm
