The facilities were great. The room was clean, the pool was terrific for the kids, and the property had all the amenities we would need (with a nice, attached restaurant). The beds were a bit uncomfortable, though. The matresses in our room were too soft/lumpy, which made it difficult to sleep.

We had a great stay at this hotel however the bathroom smelled like poop horribly all the time. I don't know if it was the pipes or what but it was awful

I paid to have a bigger room however the room that I was booked into was quite small. The picture shown and what was received were vastly different. Kind of disappointed overall.

I booked the wrong room! And instead of just being 2 adults we had 2 adults and FOUR kids. We had pre paid online so they couldn’t refund but they accommodated us another way with a large room for us all. Very thankful and always love the facility. The pool is the best. Thank you!

Loved how my family and i were treated since we walked in. Immediately after booking i called to confirm if there was a microwave in the room because i had to warm milk for my 3 month babies, they said that my room had one but once we got into the room there wasnt one. When my husband went to the front desk, they gave him one to carry to the room. I think it could have been done differently. The sheets and pillow cases were soo rough and made us feel itchy all night, but we were so exhausted and didnt want to complain. Loved the jacuzzi. For the price we paid, our stay wasnt worth it at all.

This was a please surprise. For a small town the hotel is large, very nice and clean. The restaurant onsite was good. I stayed in an accessible room. I don’t need it but found the room to be very spacious and a really lovely large walk or roll in shower. The bathroom was very large.

I liked that there were 2 seperate rooms in 1. The pool and hottub were very user and kid friendly
