Tired but adequate

This is an older building, it feels a bit run down. My main concern was young people hanging out a back door that had a broken lock.

The staff were good. The room is dated needs an upgrade wallpaper peeling off curtains are all ripped, carpet needs to go, flooring would be a better alternative, if you are offered room 307, don't take it. You are right at the elevator and above the 2nd floor entrance constant noise, every elevator beep, everyone's conversations, doors slamming on a consistent basis, enjoyed the weekend but would ask for a different room.

Very outdated hotel. For a Days Inn franchise very disappointing. The place is old and rooms still have carpeting that’s got to be 40 years old. Bring slippers. The hotel seemed like it was housing refugees and homeless people. I walked out of my room and could smell weed like someone had been smoking it in the stairwell or room. Will not be staying here again. Pros: Bed was comfortable and dogs are allowed.

we checked into the hotel very late and by the time we got to our room, we realized one of the beds was broken. We decided to suffer with it, even though we had a floppy bed then in the morning the drain in the shower did not work and only one of us was able to have a shower for these reasons I would not recommend this hotel.

The whole property was 'TIRED'. First think noticed, was no automatic/accessible button to open doors. Difficult to manage luggage and hold door open. Sign in was good. Room was big. Bathtub had hair in it. Tile grout was dark and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. No comfortable chair. Only one at desk. Huge vacant space available for chair or table. Black out drapery was torn. TV reception was not clear at all. We had a supposedly 'Executive Room'. It sure did not seem so!! Parking was good. We enjoyed and delightful meal at the attached restaurant. We had planned to also have breakfast there. Was supposed to be open at 7:00 AM. It was closed before we got there at 9:00 AM. Overall, not a very good experience!!

They told me it was a non -smoking room however, when we went into the room is smelled of smoke. They said they could not provide me with another room because they were fully booked. We tried opening the windows but the window screen was ripped and bugs were flying into the room. The carpet was old and needed to be vacuumed. They said they were not able to provide me with a refund or discount and that I would have to contact expedia for them to provide me with a discount or refund. Do not book to stay at this hotel.

It's a basic hotel, but it was fine for us. We are a family of 4 and basically used the hotel for sleeping as we were out most of the day. The only issue was the broken net on the windows which allowed a few wasps/hornets to enter our room, even though we didn't open the windows. Dove shampoo, conditioner and soap were provided. Beds were very comfortable. The washroom fan is very noisy. There's a lot of restaurants close by, including a Tim Hortons. There's also a Walmart, Canadian Tire and gas station within a minute from the hotel.

The rooms were digusting, there was pubic hair in the bathroom, ladies underwear in the corner of our room, my babies feet turned black from Walking on the carpets, our sheets were wet, our hairdryer was hanging out of the wall! The staff at the front was rude, extremely rude.

Great place! Will definitely revisit!

This is a bare bones hotel. We have stayed there in the past as there are no other options. We seemed to be inconveniencing the front desk when we arrived and interrupted their conversation. Room is sufficient. Pillows small and lumpy. The security door has been broken for many years and anyone can access the building.
