Hotel claims to have Air Conditioning, but neglects to advertise that they will shut will it off at their own discretion. We checked in and found, despite it being a heat wave in June, the heat running in our room. We switched to AC, showered and left for dinner. We returned and went right to bed, noting that the room was still hot. I awoke not even an hour later, sweating & uncomfortable & found the AC was now NOT running at all, despite the room STILL being hot. I lowered the AC to the lowest setting, but could not get the unit to kick run. We were informed by the front desk, that the in-room temperature does NOT matter; the AC units will shut off, if the OUTSIDE temperature drops below a certain number. It does not matter AT ALL, if your own room is still at an uncomfortable and unacceptable temperature, they will REFUSE to allow you to run the AC unit that you PAID TO USE. They will take your money and decide, regardless of any preference or medical condition, that you get NO AC. I was barely able to sleep for the rest of the night, and had a terrible headache the following day as I was likely dehydrated from sweating all night in a sweltering room. Front desk woman could have cared less, she just blamed the cleaning staff for leaving the heat running. We were given no discount, nor an apology. Will never be returning to this location.

Hotel was nice. Looked like it was recently renovated. Very clean. Conveniently located.

Breakfast was amazing! Prepared well and numerous choices.

Beautiful property. Nice variety of breakfast options. We enjoyed the ping pong table in the game room. Comfortable beds. Nice walking area around the property with a historic covered bridge and multiple wooden swings.

Older property but very clean and friendly, friendly staff. I would stay here again for sure.

Chose for close proximity to downtown. Staff was friendly, room clean. Breakfast was ok, had many options to choose from.

Loved the property grounds. Very clean and friendly service. a wide breakfast buffet selection. Even the front staff called us to check in to see how our room was for us. Just those special extra touches made it feel amazing. Would stay here again.

What a beautiful place! The kids loved the pool, the playground and the little hiking trail in the back. So fun to explore. We can't wait to come back!

It was a awesome getaway

Great hotel right off the highway. Although this is a no-frills hotel, it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was very good, although they didn't have a huge selection.

Beautiful grounds with hiking paths, covered bridge. The view is spectacular! The staff was friendly and curious, in 30 plus years of traveling this waa the first hotel to ask me which floor i preferred. We will be back 😀
