The room was okay. There was an accident, and some blood got on the sheets. We requested the sheets be changed as we were staying another night. However, housekeeping didn't understand English so the sheets were not changed.

Convenient and checkin had suggestions for dinner! 👍

The staff was great, the AC worked well and it was quiet. The window screen was shredded and had holes and the outside window pane was cracked and shattered in spots.

I decided not to stay. The pictures of the place do not accurately reflect how it looks when you pull up.

The room was nice enough and the staff was friendly, but the outside of the property and building were unkept and the curtains in our room were actually shredded! We asked housekeeping to come back on the first day because we were getting ready for a funeral, and they never did. So, the second night, we had no clean towels. There were people smoking right outside the front and back doors, so every time we went in and out, we got lungs full of smoke (I have asthma, so that was a problem.) Also, the second night, there were people (children?) running around above us at 3 am, so sleeping was nearly impossible. We called the front desk, but it didn’t stop. 3 stars for reality, which could have been 4 or 5 with some intervention by management.

We went for breakfast with another couple at 9 and there wasnt any hot food.

Old hotel. Toilet didnt work right. Too expensive. Rude staff

Smaller, utilitarian facility that does the job. I stayed on the second floor, I would not want to be on the bottom floor.

It was fine.

This hotel has everything. The staff are so friendly. The hotel smells great and clean everywhere you walk. I stay at a lot of places and this is the only place I can say that smells good even in the stair hallway. It's soooo clean. Very easy to check in. Very quiet it stormed pretty hard outside. We never heard a thing inside. The parking lot is very well lit up. Best place to stay in town.

Definitely not super clean and had a smell and dirt in bathroom corners. It’s older and could use someTLC to bring it to a level of cleanliness even though it’s older.

Convenient access to JBU. Easy check-in and check-out.

The condition of room was poor. Shower drain was badly clogged. The iron was broken. Light bulb was out on lamp. The fridge was not cooling. Mattresses were at least 10 years old and very uncomfortable. This in no way reflected on the front desk. They were kind and professional.
