this is our second visit to Hotel and its in a beautiful location. One reason we wont be back is the partnership the Hotel has with its dining facility which is a different company. Strangely the bar/restaurant closes during the afternoon and there is no access to the beautiful patio which is part of the hotel . We couldnt even have a glass of wine in sit outside in the sunshine at our own hotel at 4pm in the afternoon

I was very shocked paying almost 300 dollars for a room which supplied breakfast The breakfast cost an extra 3.38 to sub for rye bread and also told us they were sold out of bacon Service was great but it seems like you are nickle and dining your clients

Excellent place to stay in Perth. Most shops and services are within walking distance.

We found the room to be very clean. Liked the fact that the floors in the room were not carpeted. Breakfast was had limited options. Also, never did get ketchup even after asking twice. Otherwise the waitress was pleasant.

It was a nice clean hotel. The amenities were unavailable the on site restaurant was closed for a wedding and on Sundays the spa is closed. I was lead to believe that my room had a jacuzzi tub which it didn't just a regular tub with jets. I felt it was too expensive definitely not worth $300 a night.

Beautiful, clean rooms. Dislike the jet tubs. Hard for people to get in and out of. Outdated. Staff is amazing, great breakfast.

Quite location and nice view.

Overall, it is good hotel with good and clean suits. However, the vending machines at this hotel do not offer bottled drinking water, only soda, energy and sports drinks. It was a bad experience for us. Also, the restaurant staff, who work during breakfast, could be more gentle and attentive.

I like the rooms and staff and dining

We had a problem the first night of our three night stay. The other two nights were excellent as always. We stay at this hotel several times a year.

It was my first time in Perth as I’m moving to Perth from Ottawa just for a year for college. I wanted to drive here just couple days early to get adjusted to the new environment faster. The staff members are so friendly and helpful. I had a difficulty in parking (I’m a new driver) when I first got here, and one of the front desk staff helped me in parking. So, thank you :) The room was amazing. The bed was comfortable and large enough for me to sleep like a starfish. The TV was large and functioned well - watched playoff hockey. The bathroom was beyond amazing. It was really well-lit, the water pressure was perfect, the bath tub was amazing, and it was nice to have easy-to-control room AC/Heater. As a bookworm, it was amazing to have a variety of room lights. I particularly like the reading light above the bed on each side. Whoever designed or managed the room surely was thoughtful. The housekeeper did a fabulous job! When I first got here, I was greeted by a towel-swan. So sweet! The complimentary breakfast was great! It was nice to be able to choose the menu. The restaurant staff were friendly and with great service. Overall, I gotta say that my stay and first visit to Perth went marvellously! Thank you!

Perth BWP is our go to spot for a weekend of shopping, great food, and great events. This weekend we attended the festival of maples.

I can’t say enough about this clean, elegant hotel.we were warmly welcomed.When we arrived & told the staff it was a sister wine & fun night they sent us up wine glasses without having to ask !! 🍷😉
