Clean

Rooms were clean but the hotel was very noisy for a quiet weekend. The walls/doors really don’t dampen noise well. Staff were friendly. Pool is amazing but the hot tub jets don’t work. The most disappointing part of this hotel is the breakfast buffet.

We had a pleasant stay. The waitress went out of her way to take our picture. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Big room perfect for a family of 4. Pool was a hit for the young ones.

Clean and well maintained hotel. The king room with jetted tub was large and beautiful. Breakfast is no longer made to order but a buffet with somewhat limited types of items, however at least it was a hot breakfast. Only complaint was around the pool/hot tub/steam room. They weren’t bad but front desk said they were all working when in fact the jets in the hot tub were out of order (makes a difference if you’re choosing a hotel in part because of amenities). Also it’s supposed to be open to 10 pm but the cleaning person came in at 9:30 pm on Saturday evening when I was the only person there and basically started doing all the night maintenance, ie opened the boiler room and started filling the hot tub with cool water, so it cooled down, and while I was in it then opened the steam room to clean it (letting out all the steam) until I repeated that I was still using the facilities. She was nice enough about it but waited for me by sitting on a lounge chair and pausing the cool water going into the hot tub, so I felt awkward that she was clearly waiting around with nothing else to do except for the cleaning tasks after I left. I ended up tense and feeling guilty/annoyed and the opposite of relaxed. I suggest management say the closing hours are 9:30 pm if she is scheduled to clean up and close down at 9:30 pm, because it’s disappointing if that’s the last moment you have to relax and you thought you had until 10.

Great stay, good room, clean and staff were polite and respectful. Pool area needed some attention-hot tub wasn't working and lack of towels. Steam room was wonderful!

Perfectly appointed and seemlessly functioning amenities. Beautiful Italian restaurant and hot tub and steam room attached to a pool with beautiful windows to a private courtyard. This place is excellent for a weekend escape or wedding. We hope to come back soon!
