Good breakfast. Rooms need updates. Staff friendly and helpful. Not worth the cost. Other hotels newer and less expensive.

Great breakfast. Clean. Nice pool. Friendly staff

Staff here are really nice. Only drawback for us was the ice machine right outside our door. Got alot of use first thing in the morning otherwise it’s good. Breakfast is nice too. Lots of options.

Both of our queen beds had broken bed frames. One was still usable, but the other was not. They weren’t able to switch our room due to bookings, so they gave us a cot for our toddler for the first night. Maintenance was able to fix it the next day. The floor in our room was pretty gross the whole time, despite housekeeping visits. The staff was lovely and super helpful. Breakfast was good, and our toddler loved the pool and waterside! It was unfortunate though that the hot tub was closed for maintenance.

Close to park and restaurants

I stayed at this hotel for two (2) nights. My room was huge, and it got cleaned daily. My bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. This room’s television and its wi-fi only sometimes worked for me. This hotel was quiet and I felt safe. There was a large parking lot outside of this hotel. This hotel’s workers were very friendly. Highway-1 (Victoria Avenue) and an abundance of stores and restaurants were very close to this hotel. I liked my workouts at this hotel’s gym. This hotel’s pool had a waterslide, and while this pool was nice and while it was warm, it was very rambunctious in it, since there were many children who occupied this pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for two (2) of the days that I stayed here, and I did not get any prior notice of this change. Likewise, the hot tub was completely out of service, and I chose this hotel in part due to its possession of a hot tub. The breakfast was great, and this hotel had everything from potatoes, to omelettes, to English muffins, to fruit, to muffins. Had the pool and the hot tub been in operation and/or had I gotten adequate notice of their closures, I would have given this hotel five (5) stars.

The bad: Hot tub was not operating. Beds were rockhard. Found pills in the floor in our room. The good: Staff was friendly and breakfast was ok with a good selection.

Very clean . The housekeeping staff were all very very good . I noticed the amount of staff was much higher than a lot of hotels including the housekeeping. Kitchen staff and front desk . Excellent. Breakfast was very good and a great selection . Loved the pool water slide . The custom coffee machine in lobby was a very nice touch as I love my coffee cappuccino. We stayed 3 nights and had 3 rooms for our whole family .

This hotel has never fail to meet expectations. Free breakfast has lots of options.Lots of dinning and shopping close by.

We regularly stay at this hotel when we're headed east. We have a small dog and being able to access outside easily is definitely helpful. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

friendly staff. quiet. good for families

This hotel is clean and has many amenities including an awesome pool with a waterslide. It could use some updating as it does feel like a bit of an older hotel. Breakfast is included which is nice but it is your average hotel breakfast, nothing special. Parking lot can get a bit congested, but hotel is in an area that is close to other restaurants and stores. Overall, staff is nice and would stay again.

Not impressed with the room. Had bugs coming out of the bathroom shower and sink faucets. For the money we spent on this room, you’d think it would be clean. Very disappointed.
