The staff was amazing. At check-in, i mentioned that it was our first anniversary and within 20 minutes they lady that had checked us in was at our door with a basket. In the basket there was a bottle of wine, 2 glasses and a card. It made our stay feel extra special. The breakfast had so many choices and the ladies kept it well stocked and clean. They were also super friendly. Our room was very nice and we didn't hear any noise from other guests even with a kids baseball team staying they. If we stay in Lethbridge again, this will be our first choice for a hotel.

The staff were kind and attentive. My issue was the room wasn’t cleaned well, and the charging ports in the room didn’t work. It’s not a bad place to stay just make sure to alert the staff with any issues as they are very helpful.

Hot tub too small

Check in was smooth and easy. There was quite the line as it was a busy weekend but the staff was quick to jump in to ensure everyone was being checked in promptly. Staff was kind and eager to assist. The pool area was clean and fully stocked with towels. Rooms were clean spacious and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and had something for everyone!! This will be our go to for Lethbridge now!

We traveled as a team of 11 year old boys and really appreciated staff's friendliness and organization.

Good Room with decent bedding. Although the hallways and public areas were under renovation and messy.

This hotel is away from downtown and surrounded by other hotels. Not much to do walking from the hotel. The playpen we were given wouldn’t set up all the way. This is our third child so we’re well versed in them. One side wouldn’t stay locked.

This is the best pet friendly hotel that we stay at. They have the pet friendly rooms on the first floor so no intimidating elevators or flights of stairs. They also have 2 fenced, off leash dog runs that are kept clean and well maintained. The dog treat at check in is also nice.

A man was pounding on a door in hallway at 2:00 am for half an hour . The room doors are on spring close are are continually banging shut there were baseball teams there running up and down halls until after 11:00’nonsupervision couldn’t use pool it was packed all the time with kids and kids from other hotel-Hampshire next door I watched them come over in their bathing suits to use our pool all this was told to front desk with only a sorry response I will not book here again d sterling

Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Pool was small and hot tub was even smaller. The bigger challenge was - we arrived at 3:00pm and the room wasn't ready. We were told to come back at 4:00pm - came back at 4:00pm and it still wasn't ready.

I loved how friendly the staff was, how clean the hotel was. Will definitely be coming back

Breakfast staff was knowledgeable about celiac safe food, I appreciated that. The pool was very dirty, water not clear enough to see through.

It was a clean property and staff was helpful. Our room wasn’t cleaned once while we were there and I had to ask for new towels.

Quick stop for the night, hotel was a great choice!
