The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful with check-in and check-out. The breakfast was delicious, and the location is centrally located, close to Komtar and the hawker center on Macalister Road. If I visit again, I'll stay at Hotel Neo again.

Just painted nicely but the smell is strong. They changed my room immediately when the sink water flowed slowly. They were quick to rectify it. Great customer service, really enjoying my stay there.

Overall, I had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Neo+ Penang by ASTON. The room was comfortable and the service was good. However, I felt that the room lighting was not bright enough, and the TV was quite small. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

The family-sized room is quite spacious, but the lighting is lacking. In the morning or afternoon, it is bright enough because the curtains are open, but at night the lights are not bright enough. The location is strategic, close to Gamma Supermarket, close to Jalan Macalister where there are many street foods, and also close to the Rapid Penang bus stop. The breakfast needs to be improved. The menu has a lot of variations, but on average the food tastes less than satisfactory. Overall, the hotel is quite okay, what needs to be improved is the room lighting and also the taste of the breakfast menu.

Staff very helpful, you can get free parking if you bring a car, plenty of parking space, and there's a small convenience store near the lobby if you need to buy some stuff. Highly recommend!
