No hot water in the bathroom. Room service is bad, there were still strands of hair from previous customers. No tissue paper provided in the room. This hotel used to be our favourite for medical trip as it is very near to SGH, in walking distance. Hope they will improve on their service.

Location is good. near to the hospital. the only problem was lady at the front desk very rude, slow service and bedsheet smelly.

Good location for my medical purpose as it is nearby the hospital. but, the there is a male staff are not respecting customer (receptionist). The room also not comfortable, bed location was too far from the aircond and also leaking.

The front desk personnel, male, has no attitude to customers satisfaction, must drop key every time went out of room is ridiculous, on entering the room, very hot.
