I requested for early check-in (9 am) during booking. We arrived at the hotel around 7 am local time. When we wanted to early check-in, the staff denied us, strictly mentioning check-in time is 2 pm. We sat at the lobby for a few hours before we decided to go out to kill the time. When we came back to the hotel around 1:15 pm, we still weren’t allowed to check in. We had to patiently wait again at the lobby. Then around 1:30 pm, we saw a group of tourists just arrived at the hotel, and the staff straightforwardly allowed them to check in. After that, we went to the reception to ask why we weren’t allowed to check in just now, only then they allowed us to check in after we showed face. Mind you, we traveled 7 hours+ and at that time already 17 hours with no shower & very hot weather! Bias.

Overall, it's good. Close to the city, easy to find food, and not too crowded.

Overall, it was a good stay and I enjoyed my time here. The room was suitable for three people, with 1 queen bed and 2 single bunk beds, which was very convenient for us. The location was great as well; there is a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel and several halal restaurants nearby, making it easy to get food.

The location is far from the city center, but: 1. Next to the hotel there is a 7-Eleven, a massage place, and at night there are many people selling street food, Thai tea, fried rice, etc. 2. Across the hotel there is a nightclub & dimsum restaurant, everyone can speak Malay. The room is not soundproof but: 1. You get a balcony window that opens wide 2. The towels are very soft 3. The room is big, you won't trip on your knees. Expect that budget hotels don't have any amenities for bathing, guys, there are only towels.

Overall good. Good parking area. I liked the peace and quiet; it wasn't crowded. I will definitely use their service again next time.

The hotel is clean, but the location is a bit quiet, near Seven Eleven.

Clean, close to convenience stores and various rice porridge restaurants, near a fitness center, Gym Hero is a great gym.

Receptionist and security guard service is good. Pleasant atmosphere. Convenient.
