Nice Hotel with friendly staff. Only complaint is the outside areas that need tidying up. Loads of furniture stacked up everywhere so unusable and looks unsightly. Also the sun loungers by the pool are terrible and uncomfortable.

The hotel is excellent as are the staff. The rooms are on the small side , but adequate and well appointed. The food in the restaurant was for me a 3 out of 5 and breakfast 4 out of 5.

Biscarosse Plage is a lovely place to visit and the Grand Hotel offers a panoramic view of the beach and esplanade. We stayed in a terrace room that was well furnished, clean and was more than functional. The only downside was that for a premium room apart from the space on the terrace there was no provision for comfortable seating without using the bed to sit on. Also for an extended stay there was sufficient but not ample storage/hanging space. The restaurant was of a high standard and the staff were very polite, happy and well trained. If you plan to take an evening meal in the restaurant be aware that it is closed every Tuesday and Wednesday. Overall this was a lovely hotel to stay in for a special treat.

Great small hotel, lots of charm, great location, excellent restaurant

A lovely honest hotel by the water. This place isn’t 5* but it is a lovely place to be. The breakfast was mostly home made and the staff were more than helpful. The views of the fantastic surf beach in front are stunning. I just wish I had more time to explore! Only negative was the very strange decor of the very small rooms. But given the view I could live with it.

This hotel lives up to its name.The staff are very professional and friendly.The place is very clean We had a standard room it was exceptional and although we had no balcony we were poolside.We had our evening meals in the restaurant and these were also great.Buffet breakfast was also very good.Out of 10 We would give our stay 11

Nice Hotel, but bedroom very confined, not very comfortable. Very difficult to work with a laptop, no proper desk. Great location, food varied and good. Location not overcrowded like some of the Atlantic resorts!

It is a lovely place on the coast with a nice restaurant. Local town is a little 'rough' but charming just the same. Arcachon is a flasher town but the beach here is much nicer. Room with terrace a must. Stunning. Jews and sunsets. Great pool, gym and spa tiny. Overall it was a wonderful place to relax for a couple of days.

We enjoyed our stay in a room with an ocean view. The room was typically small. The shower was fabulous! Nice to have a balcony overlooking the ocean. The restaurant was quite good and reasonably priced for dinner. Breakfast buffet was excellent!

This is the perfect getaway, a charming little hotel right on the beach with nice amenities. We watched the sunset over the ocean from the room. The staff was really friendly. It was very hard to leave :)
