The staff are brainless ,especially the fat ladies front desk ,trying to cheat me with the wifi ,the first room before I request to change are smelly and liquidity .Don’t stay this hotel next time !!!!!!!

The hotel staff man only focuses on his cellphone and he plays games. The check-in process was very slow n said the room was full while Traveloka had sent the booking order to my email. Bad staff service is not polite

The AC remote was broken, the TV remote was broken. Smelly toilets and amenities are not what the Traveloka Site wrote. There is no elevator while the hotel profile says there is an elevator. hotel staff not friendly.

Rooms are smelly and too cramped, too fit, hard to move. Location plays if you want to UTM.

The room is not very big but it can sleep.

Okay, the hotel's surroundings are many shops. There is a Mamak 24-hour store, easy grab order. Near the hotel there is also a goat soup shop, the hotel's next-door chicken shop, can withstand. Cheap hotel, clean.

Stayed in a single room for 3 nites. Don't expect too much. No table and chairs. Only have small book shelf. Just good to have a rest after hectic days. Water heater malfunction. Internet speed very good.

Budget hotel but excellent customer service.. My 2nd stay at MZ Hotel.

The location is good, happy to look for it. But unfortunately the room is too small, and also the water in the bathroom is also small.
