I recently stayed at Capri by Fraser, Brisbane and overall it was a good experience. Unfortunately, the fridge in our room was broken and the air conditioning wasn’t very cool, which was a bit uncomfortable at times. However, aside from that, everything else was awesome! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is honestly the best part—right in the middle of the city. It made everything so easy because you can just walk around near the CBD without needing transport. Super convenient and perfect for exploring Brisbane. Would definitely consider staying again if those issues are fixed!

Karen from the front desk was my first contact and she made it really a wonderful experience. My flight arrived early morning and thought it would be impossible to check in. She offered a paid room upgrade since my room wasn’t ready. Loved it! And the location of the hotel is perfect within walking distance to a lot of shops and F&B options. 2 bus stops are just around the hotel for public transport options!

Location is perfect, right in the middle of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful to fulfil some of my requests. Will definitely return to Capri.

Great location in downtown Brisbane. Staff are attentives. Room was clean, with a nice view toward the southbank. Close to city botanical garden. Love it!

I just love staying at Capri Hotel. The room is nice, complete with kitchen and coffee machine, love it! The room also is provided with hairdryer and an iron, safe deposit box, microwave, refrigerator. And we love the high tech detail in the interior. The gym facility and swimming pool and self-use washing machine 24 hr is amazing. The location is perfect. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We left our stuffs and they still have it thought they didn't inform us before but the stuffs are there in the lost and found. Thanks
