Clean, continental breakfast had lots of options, friendly staff.

Room was surface cleaned. Plug in the lamps didn't work. I moved the dresser to use that plug, wasn't clean back there.

Front desk staff were excellent. Room was comfortable and clean, however, after our first night there we had to request that our room be tidied up and after the second night the clean up crew did a very mediocre job - bed maker needs lessons on bed making. First time ever at any Best Western, did we have even a minor complaint.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus in Sherwood Park! The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were all helpful.

A second staff member came out to check me in while the first was still busy with the previous client. This is rare in many hotels of this level and I felt it demonstrated excellent customer service
