Beds are very comfortable, clean rooms, staff at front desk were so friendly.

The front desk staff and breakfast room staff were amazing friendly happy easy to talk to. The cleaning staff were rude wouldn’t speak never smiled or acknowledged us Other than a great place to stay easy to get to and close to ma y great amenities

Very surprised by how small the shower was in the “presidential” suite. All the furniture is vinyl making it cold and uncomfortable. Facility is very dated, no business centre.

The stay was great as usual. Breakfast was excellent. Too bad pool was down for the last day of our stay.

Great hotel with excellent amenities, but the pool was always full of kids and the gym always full.

The Best Western plus was nice, continental breakfast very good! A knock on the door asking when we were checking out at 9:30 not necessary
