Great stay but better upkeeping of the common areas would be ideal !

Clean and comfortable, friendly staff

Friendly staff, very clean and easy to access. Great location, chose this hotel for the bathtubs (which Peppers don’t have). The mattress and pillow quality was average making for an ordinary nights sleep. Recommend to bring your own pillow. The quality of the tea/coffee supplied could also be improved - especially in an area where people rise early to hike/bike and there is very little open.

After 1 hour of check in was a power failure and it went for the whole night. Couldn’t do anything other than sleeping. No AIrcon or lights working. The property should have a Generator to use in a condition like this.

Clean, comfortable and central location to everything in Marysville. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, pub and bakery. Updated bathroom with a spacious shower was great.

Room spotlessly clean, small but cleverly designed. Perfect location in the centre of town. Kam was the perfect host. Very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond in notifying us of items left in the room and posting them to us. Would definitely stay again.

We were in Marysville for just one night. Would happily go back there. The accommodation was great for what we required. Very comfortable large bed and an awesome bathroom. Excellent location, can easily walk to the cafes, bars and restaurants in town. Great location all year round.

Internet, phone service and water supply was out for the whole town. Could not access local manager, obtain key or stay in the hotel. I should not be charged for this

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean and tidy. The bathroom was basic but clean by and tidy. The shower was warm but couldn’t get the shower gel dispenser to work. The heater was warm the bed was really comfy. Could walk to anywhere in Marysville.

We really enjoyed our stay here, staff were warm and inviting and the room was clean and comfortable we will definitely stay here again.
