Comfortable apartment, very convenient and clean, had everything we needed. A bit too close to main roads so there's some traffic noise, but it was quiet enough at night.

We had room 8 upstairs and it was in desperate need of maintenance. a large section of Floor tiles in the living room were loose with no grout around them, so walking on them felt like they would break. The toilet did not flush properly and you needed a bucket of water to get it to flush, The back of the toilet area was filthy, and the oven had a huge section above it where the new oven had been installed, but was significantly shorter than the previous one, so there is just a big dirty gap above it. The staff at the hotel were lovely and overall the public area and pool were great. We had friends in 2 other units and they were also older and in need of some TLC, but were of a higher standard than the apartment (8) that we were given. The location was good. Thanks.

Our accommodation felt like home. Property could do with a little update but we really enjoyed our stay. It was soundproof so no traffic noise. Handy to town.

Spacious apartment with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. Property Management was excellent, plenty of local shops, food outlets within 100 m. Property and outdoor furnishings could do with an update but apart from that very good value for money.

Warm welcome from owner showed where to park and chatted about where to eat etc. Room was comfortable and had all necessary facilities including swimming pool . Walking distance to pubs and cafes

We had a great stay at Koala Court Apartments. The room was clean and spacious. It was a little outdated, but still very comfortable.

Close to the water front and downtown area. A moderate apartment room that’s a bit dated but everything is in working order. Even have wash and dryer in room!

Good size apartment, containing everything you could need. Washing machine and dryer came in handy. Area is a long walk to the main areas of town, but has a nice local bakery and stores nearby. Good welcome and friendly staff. Covered parking good in hot conditions. Only minor issue was noisy plumbing when showering but otherwise quite.

Was agreable and close to the city.

Great spot to get our bearings while in Cairns, Sushi Train around the corner very handy.
