In need of a lot of work. Still in the 1980’s. Arrived late afternoon, no hot water. Took 24hrs to get hot water.

Didn't use the pool, I was there on business. The place is old and run down, needs a facelift.

Clean and tidy room with a comfy bed. Managers very accommodating for my husband’s late arrival. Friendly and helpful. Will continue to stay there on any future visit to Biloela. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I Accidentally booked a room too small, a simple conversation with reception and we were put into a bigger room. We will definitely be booking again for future stays

I stay here a bit for work, staff are great and so are rooms. Nice quiet place with good beds always makes for a good nights sleep.

Our stay was wonderful. The managers and staff were exceptional. Very friendly and happy in their work. The meals were great and they were most obliging in our food requirements. Definitely would stay with them again. A & C

The staff were amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Busy motel with regular shift working guest so there was some noise associated with others coming and going. Cleaning staff started early so we could hear the trolley are it moved around before 7am.

Are you kidding?? We had to cancel our booking 15 mins out of Biloela due to 5ins of rain in Biloela the previous night that flooded the road. How can I possibly rate this property never having even reached there? AND there is a no refund policy when cancelling after the cancellation date. The cancellation was because of mother nature not through any fault of mine.
