The staff were very accommodating. We stayed across the road on the ground floor, which was great as I have a bad knee climbing stairs. The room was clean and comfortable, and the newly renovated bathroom was nice with a good hot shower. The electric blanket was a big bonus as it was June and bloody freezing. The only thing was the air conditioner heater worked but was a bit noisy and dated. Would have no hesitation in staying there again.
