The reality is the photos on line do not represent what you get. Room was dated and smelt musty. I just could not bring myself to stay there but due to the way it was booked, no refund option. Grounds were unkept. Pool needed cleaning and the area around the pool in very poor condition. A rundown premises badly I. Need of some TLC.

Great Service, nice and quiet, clean and tidy

Quick check-in, Polite & welcoming Staff. The Property may not look appealing from the outside, but once inside the Room it was well lit, Clean & Spacious, with a big comfortable bed, split-level air conditioning, Kayo Sports, strong Security bolt on door.

Room was very clean, bd comfortable, reception friendly and made our late check in easy . Room was a big size with kitchenette bath and shower, very impressed

The lady on the front desk was very helpful.

Reception very dirty. Front door locked. Old and tired. Room Ok but only ok. Carpet was cleaned a few years ago and is due again. Probably would not stay again. Price way to high for what you get. At best a two star

The staff were very good and polite the only complaint would be the pillows but in saying this the manager said she was in the process of buying new pillows

Not a bad location, limited off street parking. Not very clean. Was long black hair on the “fresh” bed & dirty footprints in the bath. The water went cold very quickly. Only 1 out of the 4 of us got a hot shower. Reception was dodgy. Went to check out and couldn’t find anyone to give our key to. Had everything we needed though.
