It felt safe and secure, very friendly and helpful front office/ manager. It had everything we needed to spend a comfortable weekend during our trip to the snowy mountains with a young child. Thank you

Nice room with plenty of shops near by. Very clean and shower was amazing. Second time staying here and will definately be booking again.

Room was exceptionally clean.I really like the idea of parking car just outside the front door.Very quiet and close to all the amenities...So i would highly recommend this place to everyone.

It was very clean and quiet

I appreciate that. I and my family enjoyed staying here. Great facilities, ample amenities, being tidy, quiet, and more than any other things, very convenient and relax beds are your strong points. But of coursr your staff at reception weren't as great as positive points. Not good enough.

Nice quite place to stay

Everything was very good, the only thing that was a little disappointing was that one of the electric blankets didn't work.

The low rating is primarily due to rude staff behaviour. When we arrived at the motel, it was not very clear where to park the car and another car was also behind us, so we thought to park the car for a minute in a vacant spot in front of a room to go to reception and ask about it. In the meantime,a man came out and started shouting at us to park in front of reception. He could have just told us the same thing politely, there was no need for being so rude . Later when I went to the reception that person was at the reception desk and talked rudely again.

Room was clean and late checkin policy was made easy. Staff communication was excellent

Good value. Easy checkin. Single bed had a weird lump/ridge down the middle but otherwise all were comfortable and the room was warm. Surprisingly quiet too.
