The room is dirty. The bathroom was also dirty and smelly. Toilet seat was broken. Property condition is horrible. A disgrace and disgusting. Not fit for human habitation.

Rooms are not sound proof. Very noises from a running marriage function after midnight. Bathroom accessories were not in order.

I booked the stay “with breakfast” but was refused breakfast at the hotel

Hello, I stayed in this hotel on 29th-30th april,2017. As soon i check in they said they close swimming pool at as early as 7.30pm. Though i took stay there because i had a film festival next day and wanted to get calm my self but they have no working restaurant/swimming pool closes as early as 7.30 pm. I mean if you think it's a resort then forget it. I found even breakfast with limited options. Very far from the city,you won't get any good restaurant around and even hiring a taxi is trciky. Though i found that night their party plots full of guests with big fat wedding menu. I think this is good for wedding/ceremony resort but not for a guest like me as there all staff busy serving stuff to the event company and not the guests of the hotel.
