The room was very clean and spacious. It is in a good location - not too far from anywhere. It is an old hotel that could a good revamp. Curtains were Ill fitting and allowed light in. There was only one temperature in the shower - HOT!! No WiFi or chrome cast on the tv, but the price was very reasonable so overall it’s wasn’t too bad.

Good location

Had a water view, shower in bath taps to turn shower on taps were at bottom near the bath outlet. A/C cold not warm it's winter now, 3cups 3 wine glasses 1 tea spoon no plates, bowls, knives or spoons. It is not a resort it's a run down motel it needs painting, carpets, the ceiling fans are rusty or need cleaning

Clean property but quite old. Hotel was great for a dinner.

Rooms were in poor condition, needs renovating badly or tear down start again. Fixtures were from the 80s, bed seemed past its used by date, the only saving grace was the location and restaurant / bar attached. Price was affordable and i guess thats reflected in the quality of the room.

Mindful I`m an Ex-Maryboroughite having done all my schooling there & I`ve been keen on Hervey since my childhood when it`s population was less tan 2,000. As a change of venue we were experiencing the hotel accommodation for the 1st time & found we couldn`t improve it in any way. It`s a real pity that the locals & holidaymakers don`t use your lovely dining room for an excellent coffee outlet. Being so close to the beach enabled my wife to go for both morning & late afternoon strolls beachside- very enjoyable. We will be returning as we normally visit the Bay at least twice annually. This motel felt like a dorm or low security prison. Very old & tried, but surprisingly enough the bed was very comfortable. Lack of power plugs near the desk as well, which is inconvenient. Stay at your own risk!

A tired older place. Cheap ok for a night. Musty carpets. Poor wifi. A 15 min walk to buses. Nice people. Restaurant was ok

While I found the room ok and the staff very helpful and friendly I had a problem with the shower over a plunge bath. I have osteo in one leg and was afraid of falling without a non slip mat or a railing to hold onto. Thank you

Room clean and well presented. Bathroom stocked good. Hot water excessively hot and required caution when using. Bath/shower had a high step in and out and needs an assistance handle on wall for safety. Amenities meet all our needs. Staff on call as needed.

This motel would be the worst motel i have ever stayed in , run down, dirty . Hotels.com you might want to remove this motel from your web site or it will damage your reputation for offering clean motels .
