Clean room and big room

Clean room, nice balcony, everything worked not sure about the free wifi coukd not connect, laundry available, needed key from reception free continental breakfast between 7am and 9am, pool was empty not sure if it has been available in summer

I stay here all the time when in Bathurst. But unfortunately this time the single bed in room 3 was absolutely terrible. The mattress is soo old when you sit down on it you can feel and hear the coils. Its very uncomfortable. Its a very old style mattress and really really needs to be thrown out. My partner slept in the other bed and it was good. He has dementia so can't sleep with him.

Our room in general was spotlessly clean, however some areas must be missed in the cleaning schedule. When I went to close our curtains on arrival there were a lot of cobwebs on them. The back of the sliding bathroom door had splatters of stuff on it and the inside of the microwave was filthy. Our mattresses were very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in them every time you moved. Sheets, blankets, quilts were spotless and super warm and comfy. Air-conditioning was perfect. Shower, toilet and basin were spotlessly clean. Kitchenette sinks, cupboards, utensils, floors were super clean. Plenty of parking and lovely quiet area. We enjoyed our stay, but because of the uncomfortable mattresses we probably won't stay again.

There was an initial problem with our booking. My mother is 81 and needed an accessible bathroom. The room advertised did not have accessibility as advertised online however Tam, at the front desk, went out of her way to make certain that my booking was corrected and that our stay was great. Thank you for wonderful hospitality.

The room and facilities generally were quite good. However there was a bit of a smell emanating from the bathroom, which I suspect was due to poor drainage outside. The chap checking us in offered us discounts on wine but didn't say where breakfast was. Also the driveway to the reception is in urgent need of repair. Apart from those 3 issues the site was quite good

Clean room. Spacious and room upgrade

Filtered for hotels with pool and breakfast. Arrived and pool empty? Asked and guy said shouldn’t show on Expedia that has pool, so went back on Expedia app, filtered for pool only and hotel still showing???? Also other guests were less than ‘wonderful’. Didn’t even bother with breakfast to be honest. Just had family move to Bathurst and will go there regularly, but never to this hotel again.

The photos of the breakfast bar need updating. There was NO FRESH FRUIT (only canned fruit) and no individual butter/ jam packs, just a large container of margarine and bottles of jam which is environmental but NOT HYGENIC. Room was GOOD and as expected. Great pressure in the shower. The soap in the shower ran out of on second day which was annoying. AND only ONE towel rack in the BIG bathroom. How about adding some HOOKS ! One other thing, balcony is not very private, a kid from next door made his way into our room from the adjacent balcony.

Comfortable overnight stay

2 night stay. Room/ beds were clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was very good. Pool was not open but maybe it was a little early in the season. Very happy with our stay.

Room was great. Receptionist needs to retire and or learn some basic custom service skills

Grounds were in need of attention. Driveway lots of pot holes. All said and done, friendly clean and a bed for the night.
