Great location

Not a terribly bad property, but I booked an "Ocean View Upper Level Apartment" and they stuck me on level 2 right outside the pool and all the screaming little people. Definitely not the relaxing stay I had hoped for. The hotel is 5 stories tall, level 2 is not "Upper Level".

Very nice property, excellent location. Our second time staying there because the first time was so good. On the 4th floor, excellent view of the beach. Excellent surroundings, good cafes.restaurants very close by.

We had a wonderful stay in apartment 15. Clean, modern and simply furnished apartment. Very comfortable beds, wonderful location, very well maintained communal pool and outdoor area. A slice of paradise. Easy check in and out, staff were great. Thank you!

Great property, wonderful ocean view!

Great family unit on the ground floor with eady access to the pool for the grandchildren and across the road to the playground and beach with a choice a several resturants/cafes a 2 minute walk away. Very relaxing holiday.

Kerrie called to say I could check in early; my flight was later in the day of check out. She told me I could continue to relax and use the facilities until it was time to leave. Will book again!

Amazing view and such comfortable and well appointed unit. Close to cafes and the beach. It is such a peaceful place to be. The management are very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend Norfolks if you want a wonderful break away.

Right on the beach and dining options across the road

One of the best views I’ve ever had in QLD. The property is in a great location. Opposite beach and parks and cafes. Pool was lovely, clean and warm!!! Unit was a little dated and showed some wear and tear. Kitchen utensils and some cookware was a little dirty. Property value for money and location trumped any negatives :) also staff were lovely and helpful.

Was really impressed that I got a phone call to say the apartment was ready early for use. Great location with view of Moffat Beach and walk across the road to nice restaurants, y patrolled beach and park. The apartment was spacious, tastefully furnished and had plenty of crockery and cooking utensils so didn’t have to put the dishwasher on after every meal. I stayed with my Mother and it was easy access to the unit and the shower didn’t have any steps or high ledges to negotiate which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend staying here again.
