quiet and relaxing

I really enjoyed my stay and the room was a great set up for a small family with self contained kitchen, easy parking , very quiet, park conditions were very clean an well kept. if i was to say anything to improve would be the pest control as there was ants in the cabin

What I like was how they blended in the over 50s residential area with the rest , nice open space ,lots of greenery plenty of bbqs with under cover areas , salt water combine pool . It was a nice comfortable place to be .

So very sad that both inside and outside the property was disgusting and dirty. I know new managers started in Jan 1st. Let’s hope the do something about the cleanliness

They need to clean a bit more. Cobwebs inside the cabin and the utensils terrible and not much there. We left the cabin in a cleaner state.

The Cabin was clean & tidy & provided everything we needed for our stay. One suggestion would be providing more powerpoints in the Bedrooms & shared space.

Self check in was easy, property is well looked after, great communication.

Clean and comfortable

Sub-standard communication with the property owners, no after hours number, leading to almost being without accommodation on the first evening of our stay. Questionable level of concern regarding our plight upon discussion, manager eager to blame others instead of leading from the front, lead to what in our minds, was a disappointing outcome.

The unit was very dirty, dust everywhere, under the bed hasn't been cleaned, corners in bathroom etc, bedside tables had dust all over them, cockroaches in the unit, toilet not bolted down correctly and moves, no tv in the bedroom

Ive stayed in a few of these cabins in different places, probably the least one that i liked. Cabins need maintenance, some staff were a bit rude but overall it did the job. Would i stay here again? No

I found the cabin we stayed in clean and comfortable.

I have stayed here twice and both times everything was efficiently managed, the property was clean and attractive, the cabins were spotless, the beds were comfortable and the park was very quiet with quiet but friendly people! I’ll be back!!
