Great food options plus excellent internet speed. Big room.

Everything about thisbgotel was top notch! The staff was friendly abd helpful. Little things were added like the bathroom "goodies" and coffee in the room with four bkends if coffee. I could gave used more creamer though. We got two little half teaspoons of creamer for four cups of coffee.

The staff had wonderful customer service and very welcoming. I highly recommend.

This hotel is excellent. I have stayed here numerous times when in the area and have never had a bad experience. The rooms are nice, the staff very friendly and the amenities along with a full breakfast are great. I highly recommend it.

King suite with accessible bathroom was huge!

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars- the mattress needs to be replaced. Hotel was very clean. The pillows and bedding were great. My husband said bed wasn’t comfortable Overall great stay.

Overall service and room were good, but the cleanliness of the pool area and bathtub inside my room were major concerns. The bathtub looked like it had a bit of rust in it, and the spa in the pool area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. My bed was clean, and the rest of the room and hotel were clean, but the cleanliness of other things concerned me.

The rooms were small, the pool was small, and the breakfast food was subpar. The front desk staff counted our towels before replacing each day. No very welcoming.

The Staff were just amazing!! and so welcoming I wish I wrote down their names. The young ladies told me about a farmers market near by which was absolutely awesome!! I will stay here again in the future. Very clean. Thank you!!

We went to Ohio to visit family - the Best Western Plus was okay. When we first walked in, the room had a smell to it. The beds looked like they were made in a rush; the covers were all wrinkled, and the bed skirt was all messed up. We thought there was maid service where the rooms were made up daily - that did not happen. There were only a couple of towels, and we had three people in the room. We did get free breakfast, which was nice, but it was only served from 6 AM to 9 AM - I think. The room was dusty, especially in the bathroom on the shelves.

Breakfast was great and wide selection. Rooms were clean .pool area was nice

Bed was too soft and uncomfortable

It was a great stop from Cleveland on our way to Pittsburgh. Highly recommend.
