Amazing staff.

We got the room expecting an in room hottub/ jacuzzi due to the pictures listed on the app. We were severely disappointed.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were courteous and friendly.

Its a small hotel but everything is available what u need. Rooms are a bit dated but they are sooo spacious and very clean! The entire property is clean. Staffs were amazing. Breakfast buffet wasnt elaborate but had everything u will need for a decent breakfast and that too free! The staff at the breakfast buffet was excellent! He took care of literally everything, so prompt and nice! The location is great too..very close to Austin Park and not too far from downtown. We had a lovely stay, better than we expected. Thank you !

Everything was exceptional

Best thing they could do is spend a little bit of money and buy larger TVs for their room and ones that are easier to work. We had to change rooms cause even the guy at the front desk couldn’t work the television they’re small and it doesn’t cost a whole lot for a 50 inch TV anymore. It’d be well worth the investment.

I tried to cancel and get a refund and no one was willing to help me. I stayed in October for the weekend with my boyfriend and I clicked the wrong date when I was booking online. No one was helping me. I called and everything. I am SO disappointed
