In terms of location, HS is very strategic, with views of the Ketapang Pier Strait and Mount Ijen. The rooms are quite comfortable, the breakfast options are varied, and the staff is all friendly, so it feels like a family atmosphere... In one word, great.

As two girls on a weekend getaway, we found the hotel quite busy—but despite that, the staff were incredibly welcoming, quick, and friendly throughout our stay. The room was a decent size and fairly clean, which made it comfortable enough for a short trip. Breakfast had a good variety, though the only dish that really stood out was the nasi goreng—it was genuinely delicious! Overall, it was a great stay for our budget, and we’d definitely consider coming back.

Last year I stayed, this hotel was very good, but this year it was really a dud... I stayed in room 510 and 516. The AC in room 510 was leaking and hot. I stayed with 3 adults and 3 children aged 6, 7 and 9, but we were still charged by the hotel staff even though we said we were vegetarians only eating rice and fried eggs. The food variety is also very minimal, the refill takes a long time, and the taste is bland. The swimming pool water is also cloudy, in the future I will not return to this hotel until the hotel improves the facilities.

Near the center of Banyuwangi city. Maybe it's still new, because the plants are not lush, causing the atmosphere to look arid and very hot, thus reducing interest in using the swimming pool.. The menu and taste of the food are in line with the price..

The FO staff the name is aisah very helpful and solution girl ever. Definitely will comeback one day. The breakfast without sausage need to improve because in the holiday school parents will travel with the kids
