Katy welcomed us with great hospitalit. Although we were there before check in, Katy allowed us to eat breakfast and come back and rest until our room was available. The food was delicious! Every day for lunch and dinner were several options and with great flavor and taste. Coke fountains and cappuccino’s were a must everyday even down to the fruit bar and dessert. The most beautiful beach at the resort! It was a perfect stay for my family and I.

Good value for money.

I got a electrocuted trying to simply plug in a charger. It’s was a loud spark and the room filled with smoke and the the power went out. I had to go to the hospital and they didn’t compensate me at all.

Lovely hotel, All Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Simple rooms, which were very clean and amazing views, but could do with better air conditioning as they do get quite hot. Food was great, except not enough vegan options, especially hot vegan options - only salad and vegetables, so it made eating a bit boring after the third day, Would love to see more in put into veggie / vegan options. Great stay overall. Thank you!

The hotel is well-located, the food is good, the service is friendly, and the room is comfortable. Only the drinks in the bar are not good.

Excellent service by the staff. The hotel offers good quality food and the grounds/pool are well kept. The only negative was the cost of extending our check out time: I felt 60 euros was a bit steep.

Great location (we asked for a sea view and it was exactly as promised), rooms are well furnished if a bit basic. The hotel pool and bar area is great, the restaurant was good and the service was excellent. Helpful staff on reception (thank you Jessica). Excellent breakfast and dinner choices. A good base for exploring the island but not too busy, which we liked. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel and such good value for money. Kids adored the entertainment and we loved the access to the beautiful beach. Service just wonderful.

The hotel is situated on the lovely beach of Cala Tarida. It’s a very quiet resort but there are buses to Ibiza Town and San Antonio. The hotel is in two sections, a new part which includes pool etc and an older annex. The rooms in the order annex are a little dated but clean and perfectly functional. The restaurant provided a good range of fresh food. The bar also serves a wide range of well known brand alcohols. All in all a good little hotel if you wish for a quiet break away from the livelier parts of the island.

The hotel was nice with good food, nice & clean room and courteous staff . The check in time of 3pm is slightly delayed per me. The hotel is around 20 min from San Antonio and around 30 mins from Ibiza city. In case you want to travel around , then you must rent a car. Cala tarida beach is next to hotel and is a treat . This is not a party hotel and travelling to city is costly in taxi. The hotel is primarily for families and couples who want calm time . To that aspect, it was not fit for us as we had to spend roughly 20€ on taxi for each trip to city .

This was a pleasant stay for myself, girlfriend and two children 15 & 8. We stayed last week of August, it's close to the lovely beach. Swimming pool area could do with sun beds laid out better, as all under the shade. Food was ok, a little samey.

Comfortable, clean accommodation with good quality food. The staff, especially those in the outdoor bars, were excellent. They gave the hotel that bit extra in terms of service and warmth of welcome. The outdoor bar/restaurant by the beach was a beautiful location.
