Good hotel in prime location. Staff friendly and rooms clean.

Friendly hotel across the street from the Amazon and docks where riverboats stop. My rooms during two stays had windows onto walls or interior hallways, but were clean and functional, w good AC. Good restaurant only open during set meal hours. The "pool" is basically a large bathtub, but there is some outdoor gym equipment. Street noise at night. Basic shopping and waterside walking right nearby.

Time of lunch 2pm isn’t good. I got the far away room from the lobby.

All the hotel staffs were kind despite the language barrier. The scenery of Amazon from the top floor was gorgeous!

Beautiful Amazon river view, the room is clean and comfortable, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is free and excellent.

Staff very helpful. Problems with rooms that they resolved by moving to another room. A/C issues in 2 rooms and unpleasant smell in another.

Seems to be the nicest hotel in Macapá. Rooms very basic, but clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little disappointing (bugs in the muesli!), but the fruit was very delicious.

Certamente o melhor hotel de Macapá. Equipe muito atenciosa, excelente piscina e bons quartos. Café da manhã excelente. Recomendo!

Hotel agradável, apartamento limpo, porém muito escuro. Não recomendo apartamento térreo, pois há perda de privacidade porque pessoas circulam do lado de fora. A academia é boa, mas fica numa área externa, sem refrigeração, ficando difícil o treino num lugar qu com o clima de Macapá

Hospedagem maravilhosa, excelentes acomodações e uma localização muito boa

Nous avons eu un dialogue de sourd avec la personne à l'accueil sur plusieurs points. On a préféré changer d'hôtel pour un hôtel plus "accueillant" et un personnel plus à l'écoute.

Hôtel bien situé car centre ville à proximité. Petit dejeuner bien garni. Piscine top ainsi que les caipis de l'hôtel. Punaises de lit comme signe de bienvenu preuve à l'appui transmise à l'accueil à notre arrivée dans notre chambre triple. Élément qui avais été signalé 3 semaines avant par une connaissance. Puis clim non fonctionnel et débit de l'eau de douche très très faible impossible de se doucher. Forte heureusement nous avons été changé de chambre. Nous espérons que ce gros problème sera enfin résolu.

Ótimas instalações, staff cordial e atencioso, psicina boa. Quartos simples mas funcionais. Estacionamento muito caro, poderia estar incluído ou cortesia já que estava vazio.

Hotel muito lindo, muito confortável! Restaurante muito bom, encantada com o Hotel do Forte.
